I hired Gae Whelan and her firm, GW Homes by Dezign and I'm so happy I did! My 1770 historic home in Connecticut needed new interior colors that complemented the age of the home. The colors also needed to work with my antique furniture and art work. After a consultation, Gae was quick to come up with color ideas and furniture placement that tied all the rooms together beautifully. The entire process was a wonderful experience. Gae delivered what she promised within the time parameters and with efficiency. She is a pleasure to work with - very upbeat and lots of energy. I would highly recommend Gae as your interior designer.

She completely got me and the brief and then went on to deliver with efficiency and attention to detail. I am thrilled with the results and have had numerous positive comments from friends and family. She was full of ideas but also very practical and probably what impressed the most was Gay's ability to put forward options, so I was in a position to consider budgetary implications. As strange as this may sound, overall I feel using her services saved me money! I could never have achieved the results without her and I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
