Hess Custom Homes specializes in high end custom homes as well as extensive remodels and renovations with over 25 years of experience. Owner, Greg Hess is a recognized construction expert and award winning builder. He has served as mediator and expert witness on numerous construction defect and construction related dispute cases. Greg is also a Certified Construction Arbitrator and serves on the National Board of Arbitrators for C.D.R.S. Greg started Hess Custom Homes with the philosophy that your home is the fulfillment of your dream, the culmination of all you have worked for your entire life. We are committed to making sure we build you a home which respects that dream and our goal is to make the process fulfilling and enjoyable for our clients. Greg Hess of Hess Custom Homes was the primary contractor on the construction of our new home from October 2011 until December 2012. He is a knowledgeable home builder who also creatively assisted in many design changes and improvements in a cost effective manner. He managed the multi-subcontractor construction and permit/inspection processes effectively and is a responsive and personable individual with which to work. We have continued to contract with him for some post-construction improvements, such as adding a patio and fire pit, finishing a basement room, and extending a porch. I give him my highest recommendation.

We have provided the design and construction for some beautiful homes with outstanding results. I feel Greg is honest, hard working and personally present on the construction site. He takes great care to meet the design expectations. I would highly recommend Greg to build custom homes and enjoy working with him.

Greg Hess and his crew are extremely skilled and conscientious- our fairly extensive master bed/bath remodel was completed on time and very close to budget. Communication was consistent and clear and options were thoughtfully presented for discussion. Job site was left clean every day. Worked well with architect although had some issues with local building dept.

He built our custom home 4 years ago. It was an awesome experience and his communication was always honest and respectful. We feel that Greg built a quality home at a fair and competitive price. We were always aware of the bids and costs and where we could save money. He had to work with new subs in our area, and he did an excellent job finding and managing them. When we had trouble with our cabinet maker, Greg was fair, flexible, and consistent with the budget. We still communicate with Greg, and we love our home.

I have know Greg professionally and personally for over twenty years. He built two homes for us and we couldn't be happier. The quality and project management was superb and his recommendations not only saved us time but in most cases money. We (as a professional interior design firm) have the privilege of working with Greg on a professional level as well. His eye for detail and communicating has been above and beyond. He has been extremely helpful in problem solving, helping us determine solutions to sometimes complicated situations. I would recommend Greg, especially for his high work ethics during the building and construction process, in addition to the quality of work.

I've been working with Greg for over 5 years now. Every project has run smooth. The most recent project was for custom cabinetry in 5 different rooms, including master bath, closets, custom bookshelves, desk and dressers. Although I never met with the client directly, Greg directed me, making many custom decisions clearly watching out for the clients best interest. Greg Hess was the builder of our house in Mesa Cortina (above Silverthorne) in 2008. In all respects the job was outstanding. The house was designed with solar panels in mind, and that created some complicated rooflines, and also some last-minute changes to the architect's plans. It all worked out remarkably well. I enjoyed Greg's personality and approach to the job, and found him very easy to work with. We have been in the house for seven years now, and have no complaints about materials or construction. We would hire Greg again in an instant were we to take on another project.

Greg "rebuilt" (it was an extensive remodel and addition where we nearly doubled the size of the floor plan) our home in Frisco, CO in 2001. He was on time and under budget. Need I say more? We have hired him again for a retrofit of an area of our home that we want to expand upon to create a separate apartment for guests and friends to use when they visit. We contracted with Greg from Chicago to do a job in Colorado. Managing and overseeing a job remotely is very difficult and requires a lot of trust and a lot of integrity. Greg passed on all counts. He did a great job, was responsible, followed-up, finished on time, and charged a fair price.

I loved working with Greg. We did a 4800 sf remodel with a MBR addition to a second home in Summit County. Greg brought a great combination of respect for our vision and fresh ideas to improve upon our plan. He was also very intuitive about balancing the unique demands of working with someone long distance. He created a beautiful, one-of-a-kind space for us, and I'm certain that our home would not have the distinctive charm and warmth without Greg Hess' professionalism.

コメント：Endless Deck Painting and still peeling. Help!Agreed. You can get away with paint on al the vertical surfaces but the decking should be stripped, sanded and stained.

コメント：Glass guardrail fabricator?Denver Glass Interiors. I had a trim carpenter install the maple handrail over the glass by cutting a groove on the back side and using clear construction adhesive.
