The biggest problem is, Greg never showed up for a final walkthrough/inspection. My project started in August, finished,,, in December! Contractor didn't have any control over craftsman showing up on time or when scheduled, holes left in grout after backsplash installation, hvac ventilation not flush in air return after basement bathroom build. Grout was never sealed on tile bathroom walls, floors or backsplash in kitchen. Good luck!
