Frank and his crew from start to finish were a pleasure to work with. Respectful and they kept a tidy site after each day of work. They installed hand crafted custom tile and I know it takes a high skill level to achieve a spectacular outcome. We are thrilled with our new bathroom. I'm very very particular about tile I have been selling it for over 16 years. I'm overjoyed each time I walk into and out of our gorgeous new bathroom.

I cannot say enough about O'Reilly Tile design. I am a certified interior design professional in the commercial field and hired their company to fix some faulty work done by my own contractor for my home renovation. They did a wonderful job and all of the crew were very professional and highly skilled. We also hired the company to do multiple bathrooms and kitchen tile work for another personal residential project, and will be using them again in the near future for my sister's renovation project. It is rare to find people dedicated to their craft, and a timeline! I highly recommend using this company.

I was very impressed with the quick response time to get an estimate for a shower retiling job, the price was very competitive, and I was able to get an excellent discount on quality tile. The work did take longer than expected but the crew was very clean and neat, so the entire project was very satisfactory.

After having our first tile contractor disappear into thin air right before our project was going to start, Frank O’Reilly and his team came in and saved the day. Frank’s team rebuilt the front steps of our building and came in on budget and on time. Our steps look better than when the building was new. Frank is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. We were so happy with his work on our front steps that we had his team rebuild our back steps several months later. I HIGHLY recommend Frank O’Reilly Tile Design!

I have been working with Frank for years, and he has provided amazing tile work to all of my clients. I have never received a bad review. Frank is a true professional. He has done multiple projects for several of my clients and every single one of them has been very happy with the work, his crew and how he conducts his business. I love it when they go out of their way to send me texts and emails about how happy they are. Frank has done an extensive deck tile project for one client, about 20 different bathrooms, 10 kitchens and lots of other odds and ends. He has a great crew of tile guys and a few good general guys who have done painting and dry wall work for me. A few things I like about doing business with Frank: he is on time or early for every appointment, he really takes the time to explain the process and scope of work for the project, his prices are reasonable, he is very knowledgeable about building (and green alternatives), he has high integrity and if he feels a client can do something for less, he will say so and give ideas, and finally I think he is very team oriented so he plays nicely and fairly with other subcontractors even the ones that don't do good work. He has gone out of his way to show me other issues on houses that I have sold which saved my clients time and money down the road even when the issues he has pointed out to me do not benefit him in anyway. I have learned a lot in working with Frank. He has set the bar very high. I would feel comfortable referring him to any client from a first time buyer to a sophisticated owner who has done many renovations.

Frank came highly recommended from both the tile distributor and from my friends who had him install Porcelenosa tile as a backdrop in their modern furniture and rug store. Frank (so far) has done two projects for me. The first was the installatation of Abaco wood tiles on an outdoor patio. It was done on time and with great care as he examined each tile to choose the most ideal to maintain a consistency. He made concrete look sexy. Second, he tackled the installation of white Porcelenosa "Street" tiles on a focal wall (with mounted TV) in my bedroom. This project was executed flawlessly, the quality of the tilework and caulking was seamless and he created the look I envisioned. My friends (who mocked the thought of tile in the bedroom) are now huge Frank fans. I have seen and had other tile work done. Frank will be fixing the work done by others.

Frank is the absolute best tile installer in the entire Bay Area. He is extremely professional, courteous, and prompt, not to mention how much fun he is to talk to! From our first conversation through to the end of the project, his attention to detail (especially with a tile as specific as Heath Dimensional Oval tiles), I've been impressed with how he runs his business. I got in-person estimates from 7 other local tile installers (some of whom had also worked with this kind of tile before), but none of them made me feel as confident as Frank did that the job could be done perfectly (and I'm one of those annoying perfectionist clients!). My backsplash is stunning and I couldn't be happier with the work. Thanks so much, Green Tile Installer!
