Working with Jim was easy. He's good at what he does. Thinks about things we didn't even imagine. He was able to find multiple solutions for us to choose from and made changes as we needed. He was available and didn't mind all our questions. He was willing to go beyond designing and help with other areas, such as dealing with the HOA. He listened to what we wanted and provided us with a great plan.

Jim remained available to us and our builder for questions and advice throughout project construction.
