Joanna transformed our outdoor space and we're thrilled with the result. Our project was complex in that it involved many components - the install of artificial turf, new gas lines, electrical for spa items, and different hardscaping for our patio and walkways. Joanna quickly gained an understanding of our vision and was able to translate it to designs. She had excellent contractors to recommend for the execution and provided much-needed consultation throughout. We're especially impressed with the choice of plants for our front and back yards, the direction she provided for re-arranging some of our existing plantings, and the actual planting of everything. All of this happened on time and budget and we have been able to enjoy our yard this summer. I highly recommend Joanna and Greener Living Solutions.

Joanna made me see my 1-acre garden in a new way. She understood the issues with the dated patio, overgrown shrubs and figured out a way to use the space by designing a really stunning deck surrounding a small hot tub and plantings that feel modern but lush. She tolerated my constant questions and is a great resource for advice about varieties fora very challenging site. This garden had full shade, poor drainage and a steep slope, now all incorporated into a gorgeous and family friendly garden we’ll live in all summer.

Joanna was amazing. She designed a patio and an expansive deck for us. To fit our budget, she broke the project up into multiple phases. She worked with my desires for a low maintenance yard while still appearing luscious and clean. Her plan included drainage solutions, leveling of uneven ground, and even re-used some of my existing plants to save me money. I highly recommend you contact Greener Living Solutions if you are thinking of a landscaping project.

Joanna and Bert did a great job with the design and updates to our yard, which included removing an old raised bed, pouring a concrete pad for a hot tub, laying two stone patios and two small brick paths, digging in a root barrier around our raspberries, and adding some large stones in our front parking strip. The design process took a while, with several iterations and some waiting in between, but the final design was exactly what we wanted, and the actual installation work only took a few days. We would happily work with Greener Living again (and we will; there's still a second phase to our project once the hot tub arrives)!

Joanna & Bert designed and installed a beautiful, usable space in our front yard. Joanna did a great job of listening to us and figuring out what we were looking for during the design phase. She gave us two great design proposals and we ended up taking part of each. The installation was during the pandemic craziness but they did a great job of communicating with us and staying on schedule. We really love how it turned out and we highly recommend GLS.

We are implementing a design by Joanna for a renovation of a condominium complex. The project is involved and requires project management to coordinate. Joanna has been very professional in her approach and that makes working on the project flow smoothly. We appreciate the correspondence and the communication that eliminates ambiguity. Joanna and GLS gave us a great consultation for a troublesome area in our backyard. Since we are do-it-yourselfers, we took her advise and and ran with it. Consequently, our troublesome area is excellent looking! She also helped with the decision on trees and material resources. The area just wouldn't have looked so great without her expert advice!

I met with Joanna to discuss a backyard reservation after seeing my friend's renovation in Bellevue. She was pleasant through the whole design process, incorporated all of my preferences into the final design (dog-friendly, very wet clay-like dirt, raised garden beds, etc.), and searched for contractors that would be able to stay within my budget. It's unfortunate I only have one yard or I'd ask for her help again! I highly recommend her!

Joanna and Bert are a wonderful team! We met with Joanna spring of this year to discuss our vision to create a beautiful front yard, a large patio, vegetable garden, and a shade garden. I immediately knew she was a good fit. She listened to our design goals and was straight-forward with recommendations and budget. She patiently went through several iterations of drawings to incorporate our ideas until we were able to nail down the actual design. We had a very limited timeframe to implement the design. Joanna and Bert understood the urgency and was able to get the framework for the landscaping down quickly and efficiently. I appreciated their flexibility with things that came up that differed from the actual drawings on paper. We will continue to work with them in the upcoming year to finish implementing the vision for the rest of our yard.

コメント：Patio floor stain?Hi Patrick. The 'floor' is Timbertch composite decking. The fire pit and wall is custom poured to the ground below, which is about 1' below decking. Hope that helps!
