With more than a 35-year history as a new and custom homebuilder in the South Carolina Lowcountry and Coastal Georgia, Master Builder Thad Reardon started Greencraft Homes with an eye toward building Certified Green, High Performance, custom homes. As a second-generation homebuilder in the Hilton Head/Savannah area, Thad has spent his entire life on construction sites absorbing and learning the ins and outs of every facet of home building. To him, there's no such thing as just another customer. Each customer has a unique vision of what they want their dream home to be and Thad works to develop, construct and deliver the best possible experience, each and every time.
