Nick and the Greenchip team are absolute superstars! Nick managed a complex, high end cafe renovation and refit out under tight timeframes to ensure we opened on the date we had planned. Nick is reliable, honest and the ultimate professional. At every step of the project, I knew exactly the status which removed huge stress. Every project comes with hiccups, Nick was open and honest and managed them amazingly to complete the project which is now a loved cafe in Freshwater village. I have highly recommended Nick and Greenchip Constructions to every customer who has enquired about the fit out (and there are too many to count). Brilliant workmanship and fantastic communication made our inner city apartment renovation far less stressful. Nick worked dutifully to schedule and to budget with minimal delay and updated regularly throughout. Nick, his team from Greenchip Constructions, and his subcontractors did an excellent job in extending our ground floor and adding a first floor to our home in Balgowlah. We are very happy with his quality of works, nearly a year since he completed we have had very few issues. Nick was very reasonable on costs, looked for/charged minimal variations, and where variations were legitimate due to change in scope fully substantiated these. Communication from all the whole Greenchip team was excellent, we were provided regular updates on the program (which was finished ahead of schedule), and consulted when the design documents weren’t detailed enough. I have, and will continue to, highly recommend Greenchip Constructions for a renovation, extension or addition of any home. Tim McLachlan

Nick and the team at Green Chip did an amazing job on our back deck extension. Each day we'd come home from work, we were amazed at the progress they had made during the day. They were also very consultative and fluid in their process, adapting to our decisions we were making as the build was underway (eg: How high we wanted screens once the deck was in place). A couple of years later and we are using the deck more than ever. A great investment and would definitely recommend them to friends.
