It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Lou Spadorcia. He is a consummate professional. The craftsmanship was absolutely exquisite. Throughout the entire project the lines of communication were kept open. If I were to put a call into him I would receive a call back within minutes. He was absolutely meticulous about keeping our home clean as he completely renovated our bathroom. I mean each and every day the work area and beyond was cleaned top to bottom. He used first rate materials for everything all work was done completely up to code and he did lots of little extras that I did not even ask for. The entire crew was courteous and professional. I really can't say enough about how beautiful the end result is. To say the least we are the envy of the neighborhood!

Where to start? Wonderful experience with this truly professional organization of crafts visionaries. Lou is by trade an interior designer and it really was that turning point in our home makeover AMAZING . First kitchen then bath then outside masonry and landscaping. Nine Months That’s how long it took me to secure the financial funds needed for my home improvements. I met the contractor 9 months ago. We review all the work which needed to be done. Kitchen had to be gutted, bathroom appliances needed to be replaced, pulled strings lights had to be converted to wall switches. Ceiling lights were installed. Plus a whole lot of others things. Well, after the initial consultation we begin talking on a regular basis. Lou, the contractor never gave up on me. Some Funds were not enough and people were out on vacation on a regular basis. We had so many stop signs I stop reading them and keep going. Lou was right there with me. His was patient and I appreciated hom. Now I have the funds and the work has been done. It took about 8-10 weeks. I’m so pleased with everything and I mean everything. I love his sense of humor and his ability to get the job done. I would recommend him to everyone I know. I’m so very happy with remodeling of the house. Lou is a pleasure to work with and a wonderful person. Forever happy with the total job.

Lou recently completed a renovation of my Boston condo. In addition to doing quality work, what really stood out was how proactive, accessible, and punctual he was. He also made sure any necessary modifications were addressed in a timely manner. Lou also quickly established a relationship with the building superintendent and my neighbors and was very courteous to them.

Lou was a great contractor to work with. He subcontracted the work but every time I had a question he was very responsive. He was honest, reliable and when he said something would be done, it was. He helped us navigate the permit and design process just like he said he would. I would definitely hire Lou again. The project isn’t quite done but will be soon and it will be a beautiful bathroom!

This crew did an outstanding job. Not only was the workmanship top-notch, they were professional, polite, considerate. The job I had for them was not an easy one. It was to pick up on a half done renovation and not only do the more routine tasks like prepping and painting, but they also installed a real tin ceiling and rehabilitated bead board walls that were over 100 years old. I’ve overseen the renovation of many houses and dozens of apartments. I highly recommend them some of the best I’ve ever worked with. I recommend them without reservation.

Prepping house to sell and was referred to Lou and team by broker. They moved quickly. Repainting, finished carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs and fixing broken windows. They completed this in two weeks and the house looked beautiful. Highly recommend for fast, clean professional turn around.

We hired Lou and his team to do a simple bathroom renovation however that turned into a full got out of our kitchen downstairs in the basement After the bathroom was done we would thoroughly happy and we had enough timing to start out kitchen Lou and his team was very courteous clean professional he was very patient with us since we had lots of decisions to make all in all he helped us with the tile countertop the bathroom and even helped us picked out fixtures I would highly recommend it absolutely the work was completed in a professional manner those things never run smooth sometimes he made it easy and they were there every day till they were done.

We had an emergency and a flood in our basement tenants needed to leave and move out till the work was done Luke came in with the crew of guys get bored all the carpet and the water cut out the sides of the drywall to vent everything out Removed all the mold move the furniture back and forth Finally went shopping for flooring picked out the flooring his guys installed all the flooring beautiful job the molding came out better than it was before great guys great carpentry great flooring work highly recommend him absolutely The guys took their time they leveled all the underlayment made the floors smooth we turned all the furniture back in its place left the house spotless and we gave him two more jobs on top of that to do the hallway Easy to deal with great guy and his team of guys were very very professional Luis .

Lou stepped in to finish out our home renovation after our initial contractor walked away from an unfinished job. He was able to line up painters, a tile guy and his carpenters within a week of my outreach, which was night and day compared to the months and months of delay and feet dragging we had experienced with our prior contractor. Lou's guys were in and out quickly at a reasonable price point and did a very nice job across the board. Lou's greatest attribute however is that he was very responsive and had guys show up when he said they would. I will definitely be reaching out to Lou for our next home improvement project.

The team was able to adapt to mutiple obstacles and created an outstanding work environment while observing safety. Skilled labour and knowledgeable on customizations required for existing hardware. Would definitely reccomend for kitchen renovations.

We decided to put our house on the market really suddenly and had a lot to get done in a short amount of time. Lou had all sorts of workmen at my house with about 12 hours’ notice and they all did an amazing job. They were polite (and wore masks, which we really appreciated!) and cleaned up after the jobs. Highly highly recommend.

Lou came to look at a a renovation project I was doing. I already had a contractor but needed someone to do hardwood floor installation and put down some decking in the attic. Lou was great and had his guys out that same day to install the decking for the attic at a very reasonable price. He also connected me to his floor installer subcontractor same day who came and did a quality job at a very reasonable price. I will be calling them for bigger jobs in the future.

Hello, I am not the type of person to leave a review except this crew deserves to be known. They did an outstanding job! They redid my whole kitchen, backsplash, and countertops. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. Perfect colors with the countertops and paint. They painted my living room, making sure to cover my furniture as nothing was damaged. Top notch with communications with ordering materials and keeping me in the loop. He also had a cleaning crew come in after project was complete, and they cleaned the house to perfection!!! I referred them to a very good friend of mine and now they are building an addition off of their dining room. highly recommended, joanne s.

We used Loud and his team for our kitchen remodel, and they were excellent to work with. They were extremely responsive and were able to get started on our project quickly. Before we started working with Lou, the process seemed daunting and overwhelming, but this team really made it easy. Throughout the whole process Lou called and updated us with everything going on.
