Keith from Grain & Steel is an absolute joy to work with! Our family moved into a nearly 300-year-old house that needed several key updates before it became habitable. Keith and his team worked through some of the coldest days of the year to ensure that we could comfortably move our family inside. Right from the moment we met via Zoom, we knew that Keith was attentive, interested in the work we wanted to do, and eager to offer suggestions and options. His prices and availability are unbeatable and his attention to detail is refreshing. Grain & Steel has worked on two big projects for us so far, and we are certain, as we continue to update the house, that we will have Keith back to help us!

I had been looking for a licensed contractor for a full bath in the basement that needed to be completely renovated included plumbing. I spoke to a few contractors and began to feel hopeless after a couple of contractors looked at my full bath in the basement and never called back. Then I spoke to Keith from Grain & Steel. He came by assessed the bathroom and talked with me about some of what he noticed. What I appreciated was his honesty! Grain & Steel were the most professional of crews I’ve ever worked with and surpassed my hopes for the project The work was impeccable. The tile was laid beautifully. The attention to detail is what sets G&S apart. Keith kept in constant communication with me as the project progressed and it really helped to alleviate any stress I had. They had the project completed by the timeframe provided. My friends and family can’t believe it’s the same bathroom!! I can’t wait for Grain & Steel to complete my primary bathroom next.

Absolutely 100% recommend Keith and his company. Worked with my budget, design, and ideas, built a solid piece of craftsmanship and installed quickly. I asked for it raw so I could add paint and wallpaper myself. You will not be disappointed!

The team was amazing through and through. From helping layout the design and giving ideas, to ensuring all the finishing touches came together. They were extremely responsive to any adjustments and changes along the way and we could not be happier with the final result. Highly recommend Grain and Steel contractors. Keith and his team did an excellent job of complete remodeling of two bathrooms in an older home. Nothing was too much trouble and his advice and Robin’s design choices were always sound. I would definitely use them again.
