Well I certainly do not recommend this company. I ordered a wall oven through Houzz and they turned it over to this company. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still getting a run around. Houzzz tell me it on it’s way , the wine company told me the freight company was going to pick it up and Pilot freight just today tells me that they do not have it and it os not on a truck as the wine country has not contacted them for a pick up. So I ha e no idea where it is, if I will ever get it. All I do know is they sucked the money out of my account. Not good.

We purchased a refrigerator for our office. I must say the white glove delivery was excellent and customer service was also top notch. Will def be purchasing again in the future.

This store is bogus, They shipped the wrong unit and are unable to process a return. Do not deal with these folks. They do not have ability to sell stuff on the internet and cannot resolve the issue if any arises.

They also offered to give us premium white glove delivery service at no additional charge. Delivery was quick and easy with the product arriving in perfect condition.
