We recently hired Good Roots Landscaping to do our front and side yard. From the initial meeting with Michael right up to the finished project we are very impressed. They are very knowledgeable and are very thorough in explaining their landscaping process. We did rock along each side of our house and for the front yard we did partial sod with a rock bed. We selected a variety of shrubs and a red flame maple tree. It has been just over a week and we are so in love with our yard! I highly recommend them. They were able to work with our budget, our idea of what we wanted, the developers requirements and the timeline we needed to have the work done to get our developers deposit back! The guys who worked on the yard were very professional, they started in the am and were done by mid afternoon. Not only were they done in a timely manner but the kept the area like the street, our driveway and the walkway clean throughout the process! We actually are now in talks with them to do our back yard as we were so impressed with how they did our front.

Amazing work! From planning through completion, Michael, Conor and the crew did an outstanding job on all of the underlying, unseen aspects of the project, then finished it off to perfection. They were respectful of our time and our neighbourhood; everything was cleaned up at the end of each workday. They took great pride in the work they did, and did it very well. We would recommend them without reservation! Costs were exactly as anticipated, and certainly reasonable for the work that was done.

Ours was a relatively simple project--replace sod, set up flower bed with embedded stone edging, and plant bushes. When Michael came out to do the original estimate, he made a number of useful suggestions without pushing us to go beyond our budget or comfort level. Once we confirmed that we wanted to work with Good Roots, Michael met with us again confirm all details. The project was completed on schedule and according to plan. The crew was polite, hard working, and courteous. We are very pleased with the results.
