This company is a scam. They charged a credit card for lights to be dispatched in 6 days and sent a confirmation email with tracking number to be sent when order was dispatched within 6 days. 4 weeks later no tracking number, no goods, will not respond to emails or calls or issue a refund. Credit card was hacked immediately after this transaction. No coincidence I suspect. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Do not buy from this site. I placed order 3 weeks ago and it was suppose to be sent 2 weeks ago. I have not received any information about my order and was told over the phone that sales team is not available and they cannot track my order now. I have just opened refund case in Paypal

What a joke Golights - if your fastrack service is right, the turnaround time for the lights i ordered will take 30 days to deliver! We will never deal with your organisation again.

Recently purchased track lights and globes. Website said they were compatible. Delivery was mixed up and then delayed. Tracking not reliable. Electrician installed tracks and globes were incompatible. Called golight who checked they should be compatible. Asked for refund, declined as sales said we made a conscience decision to buy from website and not consult with them before purchasing. Horrible experience. Wasted money and time. Will never recommend them to anyone please do not buy from them. Poor track record.

I recently purchased lights which arrived late, and were faulty. I was advised to keep them and replacements were on their way (great!). The lights I received weren't even the same lights, so I had to send them back, at my expense (there were two and it was expensive). I was told by Elena that I'd get a refund once the order was received. We are talking over $200. That was more than 3 weeks ago and not only have I not received my refund, but no one will answer my emails, and when I call no one calls back. Don't waste your time.

Took them 4 weeks to ship a 50 gram peice of steel rod. I was lied to over the phone in regards to the item shipping (they had told me it was shipped initially..but sent tracking information shown it was in house 4 weeks later still...smart one Go Lights) . The lady over the phone was not only rude but very out of touch with the business and its product. Strongly would recommend going else where, look at the other review sites...flat one star or 1.5 at most.

Very helpful and professional to deal with, will definitely be doing business again with them. Impressed with item delivery and overall pricing.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Customer service was actually very attentive and helpful from the get go. I was given sufficient expert advice about items I enquired about and several options to choose from. My lights arrived on time, and were in the condition I expected them to be as in photos shown on the website. Thank you, will be buying again!

My order with Golights was so poorly packaged that it is little wonder it arrived damaged. The replacement part is not only the wrong part but also damaged. Almost one month later still waiting, wouldn't recommend Golights

Massive delays in the delivery. I ordered and paid for a pendant that is over $1,000 at the start of February 2016. I have been given many excuses about the delay and today they advised that they have lost track of the light in their warehouse!! This is so fustrating.

Waited 3 weeks for a product which has never arrived, the company cannot tell me where the product is, refuses to refund and had the stupidity to suggest I should pay again. Upper management refuses to enter into any correspondence.
