Tony's company ,Golden I Contruction, does superb work;on time and on budget. I bought a condo in the City and was told many stories about the perils of remodeling in NYC. Tony came through for me with flying colors and I would not hesitate recommending him to others. Living in Florida I could not check on progress and quality of work on a regular basis so much well deserved trust was placed on Tony and his crew. Tony and his team did a fantastic full gut remodel for our home and have since come back for other jobs. They're hard workers and very detailed, most importantly they're very honest. Tony was also very serious about us meeting our deadline which was very much appreciated. We will continue to use them and have recommended them many times as well!

We retained Golden I Construction to gut renovate our apartment in NYC. They were professional, pleasant, efficient, patient. Tony (and every person he works with along the way, from the cabinet designers, granite, tile and appliance sales people, to the granite fabricators and every member of the staff) are knowledgeable, helpful and ready to make a stressful project simple, even pleasant. No detail is too small for them to handle and do it right. They completed the job on time, flawlessly. First contractor to actually finish every item of the punch list, in a timely manner. They take pride in their work and making the client happy and it really shows and makes a big difference.

Golden I Construction did few projects/complete apartment renovation in our condominium. The company is very professional and always projects are done in timely manor .I will always recommend him to any one who is considering renovating there apartments.

My wife and I had the fortunate pleasure of working with Golden Construction on two separate projects on two separate occasions - a complete gut renovation of our kitchen and a complete gut renovation of our bathroom. Despite the horror stories we heard regarding NYC Apartment remodels (we also live in a PreWar Coop) these projects were some of the smoothest, cleanest, and on-time than any others we had heard or read about from others. The team was highly professional, responsive, and did top quality work. I rate them on the three criteria detailed below: Quality, Professionalism, Cleanliness. Quality - I consider myself to be extremely detail oriented with a high set of standards and was constantly impressed with the craftsmanship and work the team performed. The materials chosen were of top quality, they worked seamlessly with the outside plumbers and electricians, and most importantly finished on time! I was quoted 10 weeks for my kitchen (which included removing a 15' ft concrete wall, all new cabinets, lighting, ceiling, appliances, etc) and Golden Construction came through and finished in 10 weeks and 1 day (it was 4th of July so I consider it a win). The same is true for my bathroom which included complete re-tiling of the floors, walls, tub re-glazing, and overall general updating - 4 weeks on the dot. I can't say enough great things about the quality. Professionalism - Tony was highly responsive to all my calls and emails and was always kind and courteous, detailing even my most basic questions. My Coop has strict rules on construction between the hours of 9am and 5pm and the team was always within that window. Not only did I have zero complaints from the Building Staff, I was also told (unsolicited) that these were some of the best guys to do work in the building in 30 years. Cleanliness - The apartment in question is a 1-Bedroom and despite warnings from some, my wife and I actually lived in the apartment during the entire process for both renovations. This included all of our belongings and even a piano that had to be delivered mid-way through construction of the kitchen. While this arrangement is not suitable for all (if you don't mind having a table saw in your bedroom for a few weeks) the arrangement was actually not that bad. The apartment was constantly cleaned, our belongings covered, and the work site was kept generally tidy; even the hallways and elevators were kept clean to minimize impact to other residents. The 14 weeks in total (between the two projects) did not feel like 14 weeks of a construction site. I highly recommend Golden Construction. We interviewed several contractors beforehand (4 or 5) and without question the knowledge and insight (and even vision) of Golden Construction was far superior. Tony did a great job with a complicated gut renovation of an apartment in NYC. The work consisted of the reconfiguration of bathrooms and the Kitchen, removing walls to open spaces up, the creation of soffits for mechanical ductwork and lighting systems. They were easy to work with and always available. You really could not ask for more. I have worked with over 200 contractors, he is one of a very few that I recommend. Most do good work but getting to the finish line is very painful. He did great work and was fairly painless for considering what was accomplished.

We hired Golden Construction to make and install custom bi-fold closet doors and custom shelving in 2 of our closets in our small apartment in Brooklyn. They were very efficient, professional, extremely polite and very clean. They protected the rest of our apartment and cleaned up after every day of work so it felt like they were never there! The detail of their work was very impressive. Months later when we had an issue with one of the doors, they were very responsive in coming back to fix the issues with no extra charge. I highly recommend this team!

My design firm has hired Golden I Construction for dozens of projects over a period of about 10 years. As the most reliable, high-quality professional we ever worked with, Tony (the owner) could always be counted on to respect our budget, keep the schedule, and finish every single renovation to the complete satisfaction of every client. His experience in doing major renovations, problem-solving skills, and great attitude are valuable assets on every project.

Tony and his team at Golden I Construction Inc. are among the most meticulous, hard working and honest contractors you will ever meet. They strive for perfection and are not satisfied unless they achieve it every time. I own and rent multiple dwellings and have used many different contractors in 10 years of living in New York and they will always be my first choice if they are available - for big jobs (including high-end kitchens and 100% gut renovations) and small. They are perfectionists and artists all in one!

It is with great confidence, as well as with my gratitude, that I am writing a review on behalf of 'Golden I Construction' (Artan Ibrahimi - Tony). While finances were of great concern for me in doing a renovation, I know that price alone should not dictate a decision as you sometimes get what you pay for. I shared my concerns with Tony. I appreciated his ability to hear my concerns, to address my concerns and with that along with his confidence, I felt comfortable hiring him to do this job. Along with his talented crew, after gutting our kitchen to the bare walls and floor and opening up the wall in to the livingroom, Tony did an amazing job designing and building our new kitchen along with renovating other area's of our apartment. Along with the design work, there was a lot of plumbing and electrical work involved as well. I feel extremely fortunate to have met Tony and having him as my contractor was truly a gift I am most grateful for. He is honest, he has integrity and at any given time I would be confident and proud to recommend him and his company.
