Greg is an excellent designer. Very knowledgeable about kitchen design. Designed in 1 day 2 different layout options for our kitchen remodel. He discussed in detail the pros and Cons of both. Explained very thoroughly through a 3 D model all the cabinet sizes. He even applied life size people walking around the model to visualize it all. Never makes you feel rushed or annoyed no matter how many changes he makes. Highly recommend Greg for every home renovation project.

Greg has everything you'd want in a contractor. He is knowledgeable and reliable, he will call back when he says he will and show up when he promises unlike many other contractors who never call back or show up when they are supposed to. I reached out to Greg with concerns over a problem with my front porch and he replied to my message within a day! Although he doesn't provide services in my area, he agreed to come for an on-site evaluation. He showed up on time and afterwards sent me great 3D graphics pointing out the specific problems and how to address them so that I can have a local contractor do the work needed and not get scammed. Greg is a great contractor, dependable and with excellent customer service. I would have hired him to do the repairs in my front porch without a doubt, but it is so unfortunate that I am outside of his service area.

Wow, Greg offers a great service at a very reasonable price. I provided him a crazy hand drawing of a house and he turned it into a a real house design. Then we spent time in a virtual session where we changed even more things. Shortly after that he gave me all the plans in PDF form. I would highly recommend his service. I had been experiencing a lot of frustration with trying to design it myself via app. He made it fun!

Greg was amazing with our basement improvement project! He went over the measurements and created a plan of our basement with all the details added, so we could see the design in 3D. We were able to see different options for the floor, walls, and ceiling, as well as other things we were adding. He is very professional, helpful, and patient, and I highly recommend working with him!

Greg rebuilt a linen closet for us, creating a new wall. He was very professional, personable and did excellent work. He responded quickly and worked very efficiently. He went out of his way to do the job correctly even if it involved something I didn't know to ask for. It felt that he worked with the same sense of responsibility and care as if it was his own house. Highly recommended.

Greg was a real pleasure to work with. He rebuilt our porch, which was unsafe and falling apart. He was helpful from when we first called him, created a graphic layout of the project, was detailed, diligent and thorough. The fact that he's friendly and a nice person was a major bonus. Even other contractors working for us doing different tasks liked Greg and commented how he was focused and detailed oriented plus he enjoys his work! He did top quality work and worked on creating a reasonable budget and timeline. He's a great craftsman and takes pride in his work. We highly recommend him.

Our deck required resurfacing and the siding needed repairs with proper flashing. Greg went above and beyond on the job and made valuable suggestions on repairs that would last in the long run rather than doing a quick fix. He is very meticulous and knowledgeable, and takes time to assess the scope of the project. Greg considered all possible variables and discussed them with us. He is very responsive and sticks to the schedule, which is rare in this business. It was a pleasure working with Greg.

コメント：Two sump pits and pump running constantly in sunny weatherThis could be caused by a few issues, here is to name a few; there is an underground stream, a high water table, and a sump pump installed too deep, or the float needing to be adjusted, etc

コメント：Tile layout on edge of bathtubYou can run bullnose tile down on the side of the tup and the edge of that wall (just make sure the corner is straight or you can use the tile edge trim that comes in many styles and colors.
