Incredible attention to detail and follow-up.Highly competent, extremely honest and fair. We have used Greg multiple times, from the application of a new exterior layer on our house, cleaning out gutters and installing new gutter guards and overseeing extensive water damage to the interior of our house. He quickly gained the confidence of the insurance adjuster and took care of all the details. He consistently goes above and beyond in everything he does. His workmanship and knowledge are superior. He is always on budget and when he needs to use a sub-contractor he is always there to oversee their work and workmanship. As mentioned in the other reviews, Greg has an eye for detail and a respect for the house he is working in. He treats it as if it were his own home. We lived in our home during a lengthy renovation/gut project. We had concerns since we had two small children at the time, but Greg went beyond what was necessary to keep the worksite clean - tools were put away at the end of the day, no random piles of junk, any dust was immediately dealt with. He also finished on the timeline we expected. His staff was courteous and pleasant to deal with. He helped us find ways to save money on the project while still building a high quality home. Greg never hesitated to take time to answer our many questions, and he handled our many changes and indecision with patience. I would recommend Greg without hesitation.

I am an architect who has worked with Greg on a handful of projects over the past few years. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about construction methods as well as very current on new technologies in the industry. I have had the opportunity to work with Greg Callow several times over the years. I have come to trust Greg and rely on his knowledge of building and the science behind what is happening within a structure. I have found that Greg stays very current on new building practices and on new building codes. This is important because something done incorrectly can cost $1000s. The work that Greg does is top notch and I have never had a concern about Greg “cutting corners” to make a profit. I have had Greg work on several small projects (minor repairs to properties) and also some larger projects (complete gut and renovation of a home and building a pool house). One thing that truly stands out to me is how he treats his jobsite (your property). The jobsite is always very clean and he never leaves any debris for you to clean up or dirt that can be tracked around and make a mess. I have recommended Greg to several friends, clients and family and always received thanks for the recommendation.

Greg was great to work with! While living through the addition to our home with three young children, he was very mindful about the cleanliness of the job at the end of the day. He and his crew worked within our timeline and carried out our architect's plans. Greg also worked with us (and our creative ways) to stay on budget. I have and would recommend Greg Callow again!
