We worked with Scott Fortman and his team on the complete renovation of our vintage co-op apartment. Virtually everything had to be replaced or updated, from the plumbing and wiring up, and the interior space significantly redesigned. Not only was the project a great success — we have a lovely apartment that brings us both joy and many compliments — but working with Gibbons Fortman was as efficient and, frankly, fun as it could have been. Scott is simultaneously creative and practical, and he was able work with our contractor and other suppliers to deliver the project in a timely way and within the budget we had set.
