Fabulous job. Could not be happier! Worked hard on the addition. City of Lakeland made it a little more time consuming. Great and easy person to work with.

There was a water leak from my air handler in the attic which caused one of the bathrooms to flood and the ceiling to warp. There were two major problems to be addressed... 1. What was the issue with the air handler 2.. How to remove and repair the ceiling in a small bath without causing further damage to the interor of the bath.

Sunny is absolutely the best. He’s the finest man of character that you would ever want to meet. He is true to his word - when he says he can do something you can better believe that he’ll get it done and done very well. Over the past 5 years, I lost my husband and I had a lot of things to redo and he helped me extremely well and I am very pleased and I will always call on him as long as he is available. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He’s not cheap but he’s very reasonable and everything is always done to perfection.

I have worked professionally with Sunny Zimmermann for a number of years. He responds promptly to all questions. His character is impeccable and he is easy to work with. I have observed his work and found it outstanding. His work in Lakeland is a tribute to his professionalism and ability.

S. Zimmerman introduces & daily supervises workmen who provide excellent service. My wood floors were removed and porcelain tile was installed in kitchen, dining and living rooms. Every day the crew left a clean environment. I have no worries when Zimmerman is in charge.

Zimmermann Associates has done three very extensive remodeling jobs at my home over the years. The first one involved primarily a kitchen renovation in 2008, but before it was over with, new lighting fixtures were hung throughout the home; pavers were installed on my patio; the brick building behind my house was completely redone with lovely cabinets; my porch was redone; the balcony area outside my bedroom was redone; and all four bathrooms were renovated. The next renovation in 2014 was done by completely redoing one of the bathrooms into an "aging in place" bathroom, and handicapped bars were placed in all of the other bathrooms, and the third renovation involved replacement of the windows of my home.

Superb remodeler! Honest, competent, creative, thorough, clean, and punctual as are their tradespeople and subcontractors. I have used them over 35 years, from large jobs to small jobs. Each job has been a pleasant experience.

While we do not have an active project at this time, Zimmermann Associates complete 4 projects for us since 2010. This included a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a lanai, front porch and a few smaller projects such as popcorn celling removal, exterior improvements and minor accessory adjustments. The pre-construction process was clear, concise and delivered as promised. The projects for the most part remained within budget and if any budget adjustments were needed, they were thoroughly discussed and options were provided. During construction the project supervisor was on-site every day and the work teams were both skilled and professional. Great care was taken to protect those areas of the house not included in the project and the work areas were cleaned and swept every day. We were completely satisfied with the results and we would highly recommend Zimmermann Associates for any home improvement project.

We had several major and minor renovations done by Zimmermann Associates, LLC over the past 30 years. Their workmanship is excellent! They were always very professional, respected our home and cleaned up every day. Their projected timeline was always correct and early on a few projects. Zimmerman Associates was hired by my wife and me to do a two major remodeling projects in the last few years. These were a remodeling of our kitchen, and a major change of a porch area to a glassed in sun room for entertaining.
