Gerry McPhee is a Director of Hand McPhee, an Australian property consultancy that offers buyer and seller advocacy services. He is a licensed real estate agent who specialises in the Sydney residential and investment market, providing independent and considered advice that is tailored to client’s specific needs. Gerry has worked in residential and investment real estate since 1973. During this time he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Agents Co-Operative and represented their interests on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of NSW. His previous roles include Managing Director of PA Wagglen & Co, Wagglens First National and Mosman First National. Gerry has lived in Mosman since 1973. Apart from real estate, his interests include rugby union, boating and aviation.
