We bought this lot and hired Germania while living overseas. Weekly progress photos were sent; we had video conferences, staff guided us through selection of materials that adhered to our budget. Level of communication far exceeded expectations as we were kept abreast of progress as well as any setbacks. When we repatriated we met an amazing group whose attention to detail and love of the project was evident in the superior quality of construction and aesthetics. They innovated a custom pass through kitchen window based on added knowledge of hydraulics and metal welding. A highly professional team with the ammunition, talent, and guts to build a custom home.

I have worked with Germania construction for the past 3 years. During that time we have been apart of 9 beautiful projects in the park city area. Germania has a highly qualified staff of project managers, and job site supervisors. There attention to detail, quality control, and scheduling has made these projects move smoothly from start to finish. The end result of these homes is Nothing short of perfection. On top of a great team Germania construction owner Craig Mogel is very involved in all of his projects. He has an eye for detail, and a great design sense. Working with Germania has been a pleasure!

Germania Construction builds beautiful custom homes of fantastic quality, and Provines Painting is pleased to be their painting contractor for a number of reasons. 1). Once a project is "go", Germania's main concern is finishing that project in a timely fashion, correctly and with careful attention to detail. 2). Project managers schedule subcontractors carefully then employ strong communication skills to make sure clients and all subcontractors are well aware of progress, timing and any modifications. 3). Changes are part of the process when building high-end custom homes and Germania handles issues efficiently, professionally and respectfully. In all, collaboration with Germaina Construction makes the building process a smooth, creative experience and the end result a lovely and lasting expression.

Mountain Land Design

I have worked with Germania for about 15 years now. I have developed a friendship with Craig and really enjoy working with him. I have even traveled with them to Haiti for one of their Humanitarian causes and help them build houses. I would strongly recommend them.

Building our house in Park City with Germania Construction was a wonderful experience. Many people questioned how we could build a vacation home so far away from our permanent residence, but with Germania that was easy to do! The team of professionals at Germania made the process practically seamless and we are extremely happy with the results. The attention to all of the details, large and small, was exceptional and really helped insure that our finished house meets all of our expectations. We worked in a tight budget and Germania was successful at come in fairly close to budget while still creating a beautiful home.

I have been the Construction Coordinator at Deer Crest in Park City for over 15 years and have worked with Germania for over 10 years now. Not only has Germania built beautiful home(s) 9 homes to be exact currently and a few St. Regis appartments. Craig and his company has been great to work with and nothing can make things better than satisfied homeowners after the home is completed. Happy homeowners and happy HOA. What more can I say.
