The overhaul of our 18 sash windows has recently been completed by Mike. The work is excellent and he has been very good in keeping us informed of the work to be done and of its progress. Two roadside windows have been fitted with secondary glazing and the results are very good in terms of heat retention and road noise suppression. The work comprising a combination of new sash windows and maintenance of existing windows was of the highest professional standards. Mike has looked after my sash windows for a number of years. He is asked to return whenever I need work done on the windows because he gives an excellent service which is problem free. He has a very light footprint and when he leaves a room it is difficult to see that he has been, except for the fact that the window is repaired and working.
