We have had the pleasure of working with Georgeanna for the past 1.5 years on our major remodel/addition. Georgeanna is nothing short of a miracle worker. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to bring order out of what is at times, a chaotic endeavor, has been amazing. Georgeanna is diligent, plans with our family‘s needs in mind, and has been very communicative with us and all parties involved in our project. She is an excellent listener understanding our needs (and even when we just need a sounding board!), advocates for our best interests, and understands literally every single detail of the design, build, and permit process. We like how she presents her designs in 3D often with several options to choose from and nearly always responds the same day or next day whenever we have questions. Georgeanna was able to guide us with selecting a contractor and understanding the bidding and specific line item costs (what was reasonable, too high, etc) and can talk the talk with contractors and subcontractors due to her vast experience working in the industry. She has kept our project on track and helped to us navigate the inevitable surprises that come with a major build. It’s not an understatement to say she can do it all and performs at the highest level. She is a true gem and expert at what she does. Our only regret is not meeting her sooner in the planning of our build! Our project is now nearing completion and it is exciting to see our plans and her vision come to life. I don’t think we would have embarked on our remodeling journey had it not been for her. We owe so much to her and I would highly recommend anyone undergoing a major remodel to meet with her.

Georgeanna is a commensurate professional. We are so fortunate to have found her. No job is too big or too small. We had a remodel with a second story addition, and we could not have done it without her. She gives you beautiful modern options that are within your budget, so it doesn't even feel like you are "losing out." She takes into account your lifestyle and whatever your needs may be. After our home was completed, we have returned to Georgeanna for other projects around the house and she is always spot on. Her attention to detail is excellent. George always catches all those little things that, as a client, you dont see. She is always on time to appointments and is always prepared. She is quick to respond to emails and concerns. Because of her excellent attention, we always felt as if we were her only client. She explains everything throughly. Many times we had no follow up questions because she us so clear and concise. We will always use George.

We have worked with Georgeanna several times with two different homes for architectural/interior design services and well as construction. In our most recent project George transformed our dated kitchen and opened it into our backyard, making it perfect for entertaining. Every part of the kitchen was thoughtfully planned and designed for home cook with dedicated storage for everything. From the initial space plan design to selecting finishes and fixtures, she was mindful of our budget. George also managed the construction and got us back into our home in time.

I would highly recommend GCD - Georgeanna Cheung for interior design and home renovation services. I have worked with her twice, once for an extensive remodel (6 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, finishes, flooring and paint), the second for custom built-in cabinetry (entertainment and entry nook built-ins). She has an eye for detail and putting things together. Home remodeling can be incredibly stressful on top of work and family. Georgeanna (George) takes care of everything, from the design to the finish product.

Georgeanna pulled together all our finishes from cabinetry to countertops, tile to paint. She also helped us select hardware, light fixtures, window coverings and fabric for re-upholstery. Georgeanna helped us navigate through the never ending selections required to finish our home and was able to weave my design preferences with my husband's to create a space we both call home.
