Highly recommend! We had Genuine Renovation renovate our floors in our new condo with Vinyl Plank flooring. They also did custom wood stairs and stained to match our floors. They were very efficient and provided amazing communication/updates along the way.

Working with Genuine Renovations, from the initial consultation to the end result, has been extremely easy. They are reasonably priced, accommodating with my ideas for what I was looking for, extremely particular with their workmanship and professional. Although it was a relatively small job, they did the work as if it was on their own home, meticulously. Conor, Jason and their amazing team went the extra mile on a couple of occasions which I am extremely grateful for. They stayed on budget and are perfectionists, delivering a front facade that works with our house and has increased its curb appeal. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to working with Genuine Renovations on future projects.

The is my second time using Genuine Renovations. Extremely professional and extremely courteous - the team is an absolute pleasure to work with. Provided my wife and I with a great sense of confidence that the job would be done well and done right. Provided us with a step-by-step review of what needed to be done and the expected timing. Arrived on-time, cleaned up, excellent workmanship. Re-modeled bathroom shower and tiled, installed glass, door etc. Provided some excellent recommendations that also saved some money. Highly recommend.

Genuine Renovations were professional and friendly, maintaining communication with us throughout the renovation process that helped relieve any stress that may have come up. We place a lot of value in customer service and Genuine Renovations are full value for their desire to ensure that all our questions are answered, and our plans and ideas are realized. They provided us with high quality work and we couldn't be happier with it. We'll be definitely reaching out to Connor and Jay for future work.

We used genuine renovations for a complete re-do of our backyard. It was the best decision we made. We got a few quotes for this job, but the passion and attention to detail is what drove us to pick Genuine for this job. Conor and Jason are great to work with, very personable, knowledgeable, and brought a lot of ideas to the table. We made some changes throughout the project, but there was never an issue with the changes discussed. They were always on time and if they were not able to make it on any day, they would call or contact us to let us know why. We couldn't have asked for a better results, or better people to work with. Most importantly, the job was completed on time and on budget. Genuine is very competitive in their pricing, and have a lot of ideas to offer for a project. I would highly recommend Conor and Jay for any job. We had a vision for our backyard, and with the help with Conor and Jay, its exactly what we wanted, and more. Will definitely use them for future projects.
