NO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!! WE Purchased this Gazebo Penguin Venus Gazebo Slate Metal Rectangle Screened Semi-Permanent Gazebo (Exterior: 14-ft x 12-ft; Foundation: 10.9-ft x 13.3-ft). We were missing 8 rafter caps so I reached out to get the parts, after filling out their form and provided a copy of my invoice. After going back and forth, I was told that I could purchase the parts as I didnt have pictures of every side of the boxes so they are unable to provide these parts. My husband discarded the boxes as very large and torn up with no place to store them. I am beyond DISAPOINTED/ANGERED not only was this product difficult to assemble it was cheaply made. Screw holes didnt line up and stripped easily. I called the major retailer we went thru to purchase this to make a complaint and see if they were able to obtain the parts for us however we were told Gazebo Penguin Inc. would not even work with them. Not a cheap purchase and not worth the $$$$$$$$$$ we paid then to be told to bad cause you didnt take pictures of boxes!!! STAY AWAY FROM GAZEBO PENGUIN PRODUCTS, THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIE OWN PRODUCTS.

Purchased Gazebo #43202 10x12 4 season. My wife and I are very handy so we took on the assembly. Start to finish around 10 hours or so. Like the look and seems functional for our purpose. Assembly was challenging but attainable with some patience. A fillips head screw driver was provided which was not needed. No tool was provided for the screws and bolts which you need a special bit for. I found one at my local hardware store. The roof panels and outside panel trim was the most challenging. The panel trim took some fanagleing because the holes don't line up very well. Very disappointed we were short on parts...two panel support bars, two panel junction plates and 8 sheet metal screws were missing, back to the hardware store for some additional screws. We are hoping this is truly a 4 season Gazebo, we'll see how well it holds up in New England. It looks great when completed.
