Balboa Heritage Developments (BHD) is a boutique engineering and design firm based out of Los Angeles, CA. BHD's mission is to guide and work with the client through the process of a commercial and/or residential design in order to bring the client's vision to life. From start to finish, BHD will manage the entire process. From rendering a client's concept, conceiving construction documents and doing our due diligences with the plans' approval, to helping the client make the right choice when hiring a licensed contractor and providing assistance throughout the construction phase, BHD has the experience and knowledge to assist.

The work Balboa Heritage did in designing my dance studio and more than I could have hoped for. I was impressed with the teams dedication to detail. They not only provided me with a spectacular layout, that has helped more than double my business, they also gave me valuable service by helping me with obtaining permits and making quick adjustments when needed. They really went above and beyond. After almost three years at my new location, clients are still talking about how much they love the space.

We’re so pleased with the wonderful service we received from Balboa Heritage Developments for our home remodel. Gustavo Aued helped us design our dream bathroom by creating several layout options to choose from. He was there to advise us in the most innovative and practical ways to use the space. Some of the luxury details he helped to implement were mood lighting, waterfall shower features, a steam room, and his/her sinks but my favorite part of the remodeling is the jacuzzi that overlooks our beautiful tranquil garden. We’re in the process of budgeting for our kitchen remodeling and cannot wait to work with Balboa Heritage Developments in the near future.
