we're really happy we went with gateway. overall they did a nice job and we love our house now. as expected there were some unforeseen issues like the wrong size island being delivered twice and a general labourer cutting some corners (not attaching kickplates, finishing things properly, etc ). So I hope gateway will be more on top of those people in the future. Otherwise they always took the time to respond to our communications, the quote was accurate, and the electrician and painter were fantastic. will definitely consider gateway again in the future!

My sincerest thanks and gratitude to Jim Mitchell the most wonderful and caring designer who truly listened to what I wanted and why, and then brought my vision to reality. Jim you lived up to every word in your bio - and there was enough tile!! And to the rest of the amazing team from Gateway Kitchen & Bath Centre - you rock! David the engineer - you made me so happy to do the counter in one piece - no seams! Dale the installer; your attention to detail is a rare gift and was so appreciated. Mark the painter; master painter actually! I salute you because I can't even see it - that's how good a job you did. Scott the electrician, and the plumbers (I'm sorry I didn't get your names) you gentlemen were neat as pins - I couldn't even tell you had been in the house even after all the work you did! All in all this entire team has raised the bar on professionalism and respect and exceeded my extremely particular expectations. Art Pauls you should be so proud of your team, and the craftsmanship of the product you build. Thank you for my custom kitchen. It fits me perfectly!!

Hello. Our experience with Gateway Kitchen and Bath was exceptional , such a joy ! Jane Preston was fantastic from start to finish. We couldn’t be more happy with our mudroom Reno ! We loved the timeline chart that they provided us with. The trades came on the dates shown. The project was completed exactly on time. Amazing ! Gateway has done major kitchen and bathroom renovations for us. We were thoroughly satisfied with the project designs, materials provided and the workmanship of the various contractors. Our designer, Jim Mitchell, provided us with consistently excellent service leading up to the projects, during the construction phase and in follow-up. His designs were innovative and very much in keeping with our stated preferences.

We had heard good things about Gateway and they did not disappoint. We hired them for a kitchen reno and then added in our family room as well. We worked with Michelle, one of the designers, who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She suggested things we didn't even think of and returned emails as fast as we sent them. Michelle would make frequent onsite visits to make sure everything was moving according to schedule and resolved the few issues that came up. Working with a company like Gateway who organizes contractors, so you don't have to, was so convenient as it alleviated a lot of the stress that often accompanies the reno process. We now have a kitchen/ family room that we love! We highly recommend Gateway and will use them for future projects.

We hired Gateway for a complete kitchen renovation starting Feb 2016. Our designer was Ashley who was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She was always quick to email back when we had questions or concerns. She was onsite very often to ensure things were going to plan and resolve any issues. Because we are so busy in our lives, it was really convenient working with a company who organized all the different contractors for us. We were provided a schedule and knew exactly what to expect on each day. The contractors always respected our space and kept everything as clean as possible. We were thrilled with our kitchen and would highly recommend Gateway.

Gateway Kitchen and Bath goes above and beyond in terms of design, service and quality. Lori was the only one to envision our dream kitchen and paid great attention to the design and functionality of the kitchen. Even after 5 years they continue to service the little things that have changed over time.

My overall experience with Gateway was fabulous. My designer, Jim, made the entire experience stress free and fun. I am a person who has a hard time making decisions but Jim made the decision process so easy. The quality of the cabinets are amazing and the contractors were neat and always gone by the time I got home from work. I recommended Gateway to my sister who used them as well for their kitchen reno.

We were very pleased with the bathroom renovation completed by Gateway Kitchen & Bath in 2011. Lori provided excellent advice on colours and materials. The medicine cabinet style mirrors are one of the best new features in the bathroom providing lots of extra storage!

Gateway was the perfect choice for our kitchen renovation. We had been planning our reno for quite some time and had a very good idea of what we wanted, but Jim Mitchell made many valuable suggestions about layout and design that we had not thought of. He really listened and understood what we were trying to achieve. The quality of workmanship was exceptional, the tradespeople utilized were professional and clean and we are extremely satisfied with our kitchen renovation. Excellent to work with. Designer was attentive to our needs and input. Designer was very knowledgeable about products and design features. Client always informed of scheduling. Tradesmen were friendly, on time and professional in their work. Designer returned phone calls and numerous emails promptly. Would recommend Gateway to anyone wanting a renovation.

Outstanding work By Jane wonderful to work with. A true professional.. She was patient, have us suggestions for design, colours, materials we never would have thought of. We were one if the first customers gateway installed flat, high gloss cabinets. It is6 years old and looks like it was just out in. We receive high compliments ohs and ahs from all that see it. I always refer everyone to Jane. We continuously made changes and additions throughout project and Jane was able to help get them done or let us know when scheduling was able to put the new projects into rotation. I will be doing the basement and will only use Jane to help. Way to go Jane, thanks so much. We integrated si many new efficient kitchen ideas with Jane's help. It is a very fun kitchen. Jane also did our two bathrooms and a walk-in closet.i love them even after 6 years! Jane is a wonderful presence to Gateway and works tirelessly for her clients and even called us on a weekend in summer to make sure we were happy with the week's progress.
