Brittney had amazing vision for our kitchen remodel. She helped with every design and decision to make my kitchen a show piece. Gary is kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are a great team and kept the project moving during a difficult time in our Covid world. I highly recommend their team!

Williamson James did a major remodel of our home and we couldn't be happier!! Our project was quite large --- all our existing bathrooms were re-done; an upstairs guest bathroom was added; our kitchen and great room were completely remodeled and all of our flooring was replaced in the entire home. We had a new staircase, new trim and all new built in cabinetry installed in the home. Gary and Brittney were just amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Their communication is top notch and they always went the extra mile to make our project perfect and functional. All of their subs were professional, courteous and extremely detailed oriented. When we first hired them they told us that they treat all their homes like their own and it definitely showed. Having Brittney to help with design was invaluable. Overall our home just came out perfect! If we could give them a 15 out of 10 we would. Highly recommend!!!

I bought an outdated 80"s home with the plan to remodel it. Williamson James Homes came in and did an outstanding job! The transformation is truly amazing. Everyone who comes into my home always comments on the stunning craftsmanship. The quality of work is exceptional and their standards they keep for themselves are high. An added bonus is that they were a joy to work with!

We're very happy with our newly expanded/remodeled kitchen, updated doors/trim in other parts of the house, and new tiling in two bathrooms. Williamson James Homes finished ahead of schedule and only slightly over budget (but only because we added items). Gary was on site every day to oversee the work and also was good at communicating with us. Brittney as designer helped me not feel overwhelmed with all the choices I had to make; she also was project manager and kept things on task. There were a few hiccups along the way, but that's to be expected. Gary always took care of any issues quickly. Overall, this company made the process as painless as possible.

By a stroke of luck, our paths crossed with Patti as we were considering selling our home. We knew we needed more square footage but were hesitant to leave the neighborhood we love. She introduced us to Gary and Brittney who helped us look at options for our current home. Gary and Brittney were both attentive, through the bidding and design process, taking all must haves and wants into consideration. Gary even gave us a reference to the loan officer to secure the financing to make our dream happen. We remodeled the kitchen, great room, stairs, plus an addition of a bonus room, among many other things. The project did take much longer than anticipated but Gary and Brittney were open and forthright about delays and the reasons for them. Brittney helped take the vision in my head and make it a reality. I valued her opinions and talent in design to help create our new home. Gary’s attention to detail comes through in the quality of work. I appreciated seeing him working along side his subs through the entire project. He and his team are a delight to work with Gary know the right people to get the best job at the best price. The whole team is artistic and understanding what you want to create. We hired Williamson James Homes for a large remodel of our 1973 home, which included the kitchen, family room addition, new floors and other upgrades throughout. From the beginning, I was extremely impressed with their detailed bid process and their communication. Throughout the remodel, they continued to communicate and be available for questions and concerns. I’m not the easiest person to work for because I tend to be a perfectionist about things, yet they always responded with kindness and humor and did everything in their power to accommodate my wishes. My only complaint would be in relation to some of the subcontractors they use, as I was not impressed with the communication, professionalism and follow through of the plumbing and paint company they use. Other than that, we had a great experience and I have since referred them to two friends who are planning to use them for their own home remodels.

Gary was the general contractor for our house build. WJH was with us all the way through the project from designing with the architect, selecting items for the house, to the follow-up after it was done. They provided input and were with us on every aspect including interior design, cabinets, appliances, landscaping, picking counter tops, flooring, landscaping, and everything in between. They were always accessible, friendly, and wanting to know what we desired and how to make that happen. The quality of work and what was required of the subs was outstanding. Gary's insistence of doing it right and quality showed through every aspect.

Gary, Patti, and Brittney are a family team who cover every aspect of the home building process. All three are a pleasure to work with and do their best to make the experience as stress free as possible so the buyer can just enjoy the excitement of their dream taking shape. Gary did a wonderful job remodeling the kitchen and main floor of our home. Every detail was attended to, and the results were amazing. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Gary and plan to engage him again for a remodel of our master bath.

Gary Williamson supervised the building of my current residence, which I moved into in April of 2013. Gary's attention to detail, and how detail can enhance and complement design was essential to how beautiful my house turned out. For example, my kitchen island was to be surrounded by beadboard. The builder purchased a beadboard that seemed to be fine with me, but Gary walked me through how a different type of beadboard would enhance the island, match with the flooring better, and give a stronger sense of quality and style in the kitchen. This sort of 'education' happened numerous times during the build and we were very happy with the results of our build. Gary's depth of building knowledge continues to amaze me, but what amazes me more is the integrity with which he builds: never does a question go unanswered, never is a subcontractor blamed (always being accountable), never does a problem go un-fixed, never is an option unexplored. He is up front about costs, and he is as honest as the day is long. I would hire him for my next build tomorrow, if I was building.

Gary Williamson built our new (enormous) garage and man cave. We've been so impressed by the quality of his work, his patience with our ever changing wants and needs, and his cool composure in the face of the inevitable challenges that arise when doing a big project. We're going to work with him on our home remodel this year, and are looking forward to it. He's a wonderful designer, has great ideas and makes good choices. Further, we've rarely seen a contractor/building work harder. He gets in there with a shovel and boots and helps get things done. We're impressed.
