My husband found Roberts Brothers Construction via an internet search, and while the plan was to interview multiple contractors for our major renovation, we felt confident we should work with Nick after one phone call with him. His confidence, professionalism, knowledge and communication were all excellent and we were thrilled to be able to find a contractor that could take on our project and that we felt comfortable with. Our only regret was not being able to use them as our architect for the project, too. We weren’t aware that an architect/contractor company existed, and obviously having one team manage your entire project beginning to end is ideal. We were also managing this project from out of state, which puts even more responsibility on the contractor, and as I have already said- Nick made it clear how willing he was to be proactive instead of reactive from day one. He was prompt with his responses and patient with all of our questions and concerns, and after each phone call sent a recap email to confirm we were all on the same page and had our plan in writing for us to refer to. We were able to meet him once in person after several phone calls/emails and were again impressed with his professionalism and the way he carries himself and owns his projects. Highly recommend Nick and this family-owned business for your build or renovation!

I am so glad I chose Roberts Brothers to do my renovation! The whole process went very smoothly (even in the middle of the pandemic!) due to the detailed plans drawn up by Gary and his practical and realistic timeline. John managed the daily schedule, expertly organizing electricians, plumbers, and painters. John, David, Ed and all of their crew were friendly, hard-working, extremely skilled at every aspect of construction, and able to deal with anything that came their way. It was a huge project, nearly 5 months with workers there almost every weekday. The end result is spectacular, and I am thrilled with the house. Thank you, Roberts Brothers!

We just completed our 3rd major project with Roberts Brothers. I found the quality of their work to be high. They stayed on-schedule. They offered practical solutions to make the project cost effective. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment set four days in advance for a walkthrough. Drove 3 hours to attend the meeting and was notified the morning of that they were "quite busy" and would not be attending anymore. Have never left a bad review before, but was very dissapointed considering the great things I heard about the company.

Purchased a home that needed major remodeling. I interviewed at least 6 contractors until I met with Gary Roberts. Completely honest straight shooters. I am 3 months into the project and they are exceeding my high expectations. Very accommodating and offer great advice and are always a step ahead to prevent any issues. Every trade is scheduled like clock work to align with inspections and progress. Scott is quick to answer any questions as they arise and Dave Roberts the on site contractor couldn’t be more friendly and efficient. Nothing is ever a problem where other contractors try Increasing the price. They look to save money and lower your cost. On top of all of that they were the least expensive of all the other supposed best in the industry builders. You won’t be disappointed. I have witnessed my neighbors Reno be the nightmare scenario. No one shows up days and weeks at a time then failed inspections and delays. Don’t let that be you. A true family business that has been in the area for decades.

Gary and Nick at Roberts Bros. came to our home and gave us a very complete, thorough and professional estimate and bid for the services we had contacted them about. We were very impressed with their knowledge and approach to our project.

We have had Roberts Brothers remodel our kitchen, bathrooms, and a recent job they completed was remodeling and bringing our laundry room up to code. They have always been professional and trustworthy throughout the completion of each job. Correspondence was always timely and the Job timeline was followed. The budget was itemized and easy to understand how much every aspect of the job would cost. They made the whole process easy each time we hired them. I would highly recommend them to do any remodeling job you may have.

We hired the Roberts Brothers for a remodel and addition to my 1954 bungalow house in Sarasota. They are a local family business with all of the brothers working in their area of expertise. We felt comfortable with Gary from the start, he was easy to work with, professional and always available to answer questions and meet with us when necessary during the planning stage. He calculated our costs accurately and in the end we came in close to the original contract price. John on the construction end is a true craftsman. He custom made doors for our new room additions and matched our 60+ hardwood floors, ceilings and tongue and groove walls perfectly with the new materials. The additions look as though they were a part of the house from the beginning. We Love it!

We hired Roberts Brothers to complete a lanai addition and outdoor kitchen that tied into our existing roof . The size was approximately 700 square feet. We were very pleased with the company from start to finish. They were detail oriented , highly professional , and very honest. The work they did was top quality and we are extremely happy with the finished product . I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would use them again for any future projects .

The bathroom remodeling project we had done through Roberts Bros was a positive experience, and we will definitely be calling on them for future projects. They were very professional and easy to work with. We had several choices to pick from in materials and their suggestions were extremely helpful. Costs and payment schedule were detailed upfront and timeline was accurate. They kept us informed along the way with periodic progress reports and snapshots. And they were very respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

Roberts Brothers did a semi remodel that included, gutting the kitchen, removing a wall, rewiring for new recessed lighting and outlets, new tile flooring, a new kitchen, painting and some various other miscellaneous items. What made this remodel so difficult was the fact that I had to manage the job from Pennsylvania. I was concerned, but Gary Roberts made this the easier than I could have imagined. In general: from the time I met Gary for the first time. His professionalism and focus on the customer was evident in everything he did. The attention to every detail, the responsiveness, the follow-up was better than any contractor I have ever dealt with here in PA or in Florida "hands down." Honestly, if they did work in Pennsylvania, I would hire up here. I heard of horror stories about contractors from Florida, but Roberts Brothers Construction was a blessing. If you want a job that will be done right and will be completed on budget and on time, I am confident you won't go wrong.

Roberts did a absolutely great job on my kitchen remodel. This was a big job of gutting the old one down to the studs. Daily they arrived on time and their subcontractors are highly dependable and very efficient ,super clean and knowledgeable. And they completed the remodel ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend Roberts construction.

Roberts Brothers Construction completed a master bath remodel in my home last July. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Now the master bath is one of the most beautiful and functional rooms in my home. I had total confidence in Gary Roberts who designed the layout and then worked with me on product choices from a select group of top of the line vendors. I have admiration as well for Dave Roberts, project coordinator, for each contractor and for the highly skilled craftsmen who worked on the remodel. Everyone involved was professional, accommodating and considerate. I highly recommend Roberts Brothers Construction as they did a flawless job-and it was a pleasant experience as well! Roberts Bros did a complete rehab of my Casey Key home, turning an ordinary ranch into an island gem. Gary Roberts started with our general concept and through a series of CAD drawings which we worked on together he developed a design that transformed our home. And the execution -- quality of materials, workmanship and level of professionalism throughout the construction --- was exemplAry! Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with, a problem solver and very responsive. He still is our go to person for all things related to the house since he has an extensive referral network --- decorator, appliance repairs, pool service and landscaping! Can't go wrong with Roberts Bros.

We hired Roberts Brothers for repair of drywall and beam damage on a lanai ceiling. Roberts Brothers were timely, honest, courteous, skilled, and professional. They provided a detailed proposal and completed the work for the price stated on the proposal. All time estimates for the job were met, the work was immaculate, and the work area was clean when the job was complete. They were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them for any construction work. We look forward to using them again in the future.

Roberts Construction renovated a bathroom and adjoining room, closed a doorway and built closets. The bathroom renovation included removing a tub, building a shower and creating the vanity space. Roberts Construction provided suppliers that were great to work with and priced fairly. Work areas were neat and clean. Change orders were handled graciously. My husband passed away during construction. Never have I met such caring and wonderful people. The project was finished in a timely fashion, looks wonderful and we were treated with total respect. They were nice to have around the house. I would trust them in any situation and totally recommend them to anyone.

Recently had approximately half of my home renovated under contract with Roberts Brothers Construction, Inc. They were completely professional, well organized, totally prepared, flexible, kind and respectful of the fact I was still living in the home during renovations. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this fine firm.
