After 2 major renovation projects our condominium is finally like home. Gail Jacobson of Fresh Space Design LLC was the designer for both. The last renovation project was completed in February, 2020. The project relocated the washer and dryer from a closet to the landing area between bedrooms, remodeled two bathrooms to include walk in showers, and updated the trim and finishes throughout Gail worked with us tirelessly to translate our wants and needs onto drawings and a written work description that allowed the contractors to prepare the project budget, construction schedule, and construction details. Having learned our style, Gail suggested appropriate products, gathered and reviewed samples of these products that were within our budget. She worked to ensure that the colors, finishes, knobs, handles and all the small details were coordinated and complimentary. Additionally, Gail was a resource during construction responding to contractor questions. She checked construction progress and monitored the work to ensure it was in line with the design and our style. We found Gail professional, personable, patient and responsive to our ideas throughout the projects. The contractors relied on her for quick clarification and answers during construction. There were no large change orders and the projects were completed within our budget and on schedule.
