Not sure if this is fortunate or not... but I have done 7 house remodels over the last 20 years... and Randy was the only one we used twice and would have had him do a 3rd if we had not moved too far for him to manage the project. Randy is extremely easy to work with and his communication is excellent. He has an eye for clean, functional, AND beautiful design. His craftsmanship and of that of his subs is true quality and given the number of remodels we've done... I've seen the full spectrum, this company will not disappoint. Graeson Xander Design Build pays attention to every detail, making sure the end product matches your vision of the dream house you've always wanted. I promised my husband our current house would be our last remodel... but if that turns out to not be true ;-), I would definitely reach out to Graeson Xander Design Build, they are a pleasure to work with along every step in the process.

My wife and I hired GXDB to build an addition onto our family home in East Sacramento, to support a new Master Bedroom. We interviewed other companies, but were just more impressed with GXDB. We were very happy with the process and more importantly, the finished product. GXDB stayed on schedule, on budget and far exceeded expectations. We'd recommend them to our friends and family without hesitation.
