Four Seasons Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Overall a very good experience . My AC broke down during the recent heatwave this past may.. They came out the same day to give me an estimate and it was fair compared to the others I received. From some friends I know that are contractors Schedule installation for Later in the week and everything went off without a hitch

While purchasing a condo, the inspector found two items before closing. A dirty air/ac filter and a P-trap needed to be added between the garbage disposal and the drain. At closing I was given the receipts for the work performed. To my surprise it cost almost $500 to install a P-Trap and 6k+ to replace the whole ac/heating unit. When I moved in I noticed the sink is dripping between the p trap and the garbage disposal. This part had to be added or modified during the p-trap installation. When I called four seasons they claimed that warranty does not carry over between owners, even if the work performed is for a sale. They also claimed they told the owner the sink was leaking, and were told to ignore it. Kinda odd considering the seller spent 6k+ on a whole new ac unit when the old on was functioning. They also wrote "installed p trap no leaks" very clearly on the report given to me. I am left to fix a problem that was created by four seasons. As the sink certainly wasnt leaking during inspection. They deny any wrongdoing, and customer support seemed to pull out excuses out of thin air. The seller was an elderly lady, and I fully believe they took advantage of this situation. As any work they perform before a sale is not guaranteed work. You are telling me there are detailed notes on a p-trap installation but no listed reason for a 6k replacement? They even offered to send someone out to fix It at cost.....why would I (or anyone) pay to make a job right? Overall, it's not even my money and I wouldn't dream of calling these guys for anything. They gouge you on price, dont do the job right and take no accountability. That's 3 strikes,your out.

had four seasons over for plumbing projects and furnace / air conditioning tune-ups. could not be happier with their work and workforce. Would recommend !!!
