I have had the great pleasure of working with Rick Phillips (Frederick Phillips & Associates, Inc.) on the design of new homes where I was project landscape architect. Rick is a master architect. His designs are strong in character and intent, elegant and highly refined; all aspects of the structure are considered and planned. His design process is methodical and thorough. Rick pursues and creates great design and is a pleasure to work with.

Quantum is pleased to have been chosen for several award winning Frederick Phillips projects throughout Illinois and Michigan. Frederick's highly publicized Glade House is home to our European style tilt-turn windows and a large number of our more traditional style roto awnings. The thought and consideration that goes into each of Frederick's designs is exemplary.
