I worked with Fred Bamesberger on a project in Beverly Shores, IN. As the owner of a smart home systems design/installation company, I have seen the best of the best when it comes to design-build homes. I was blown away by Fred's design. His attention to detail is far above average in the custom design-build home market. He also uses contractors of the highest standards to execute his designs. I have nothing but great things to say about Fred and his team.

We have had the pleasure of working with Fred at Bamesberger Architecture on beautiful properties in Northwest Indiana including a project on Lake Michigan. Fred has a distinctive style, incorporating clean lines and natural elements into his designs. Our experience was exceptional. Fred met with us on several occasions until he was sure of what our needs and wants were, and what we could do within our budget. He had a daunting task of trying to take a 70's modern-style home and expand it by one-third, all while taking advantage of the natural surroundings on the property. He more than exceeded our expectations and we are quite pleased. He also helped us find and select a builder for our project and worked with us and the builder to ensure the work was of the quality we expected. We are very happy with our home and would definitely work with Bamesberger Architecture again.

Hired to select and evaluate potential sites on our property adjacent to a wetland. After site selection designed a rustic modernist cabin that was environmentally conscious and leveraged the views and available light. Was a great process from the beginning. Truly an amazing, thoughtful and considerate, Fred is an amazing architect and craftsman. We hioghly recommend him.

コメント：Wood siding in forest?wood siding can be a problem with woodpeckers. I do think it is possible but can't be 100% sure. This home is clad in cedar with a Cabot clear solutions stain. I would also recommend at least a 3/8...

コメント：Beautiful. What stain and colour was used?This house used a Penofin stain in the Sable color. It's a great look.
