The sales representatives engage in high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. The price offered during the time of sale is no good after the sales representative leave. Product pricing begins high and drops until the sale is made, making you feel like you are the winner. I contracted a new roof with the company, but I wasn't provided an installation date. After more than a month of waiting for the installation date, I phoned the company to find out what was going on. This became a frustrating debacle. The office staff answering the phone couldn't answer my question, and no one else returned my calls. During my final phone call, I was told that my new roof installation was canceled by my sales representative Jennifer M. I contacted my sales representative, and she told me that if I wanted to move forward with the roof installation, I needed to pay an additional $4,000. To this day, they have not installed a new roof, nor have they refunded my 10% deposit, and no one from this company has reached out to me.

Since 2016 I have had Euro-Tech replace my roof, the entry door from the garage, and four basement windows. I am very satisfied with all the work done. There has been no problem with any of these replacements. The service is professional and the representatives are friendly. Some representatives have been with Euro-Tech long enough for me to recognize them from previous work. I find the continuation of service after the job is done remarkable and professional. Yes, the follow-up calls also include a request to do additional work but Euro-Tech is one of only a few home remodeling companies that have a follow-up plan that includes checking on satisfaction of previous work. They also actually make face to face visits to check on projects completed. Kurt's follow through on previous jobs is appreciated because he makes sure everything is perfect beyond my expectation. I trust Euro-Tech and therefore will use them for future projects.

Had windows replaced in 2016. The seals broke, terrible installation. Left holes in the caulk outside. They did replace all my windows, but still having issues with them. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty, but I don’t think I can count on that . Zero Stars . Photos to follow .

We had our roof (replace decking/new shingles) done by Eurotech couple of years ago. The sales pitch was great and convincing, the price was on high side but we went with them anyway. I really wish, the installers were half as competent as the sales guy ! The work felt shoddily done and has been a nightmare with them since: -They left nails and plywood chips/pieces all over the fiber glass insulation in the attic. When questioned, they said it was not their responsibility to leave the attic clean - it was very clean when they started and now its unsafe to climb up there. -Multiple areas of siding/gutters and downspouts were damaged. Since they were not hired for gutters, they were not responsible ! -First rain and the skylight (they installed new with the decking/shingles) started leaking, the guy comes over after dozen calls, makes us buy a new one, installs it with loads of caulk. We had the walls/paint inside fixed separately. -Days later we started seeing wet spots on the ceiling, more calls and the guy comes back with caulk gun, says it was just a bad nail -More wet spots show up in the winter, looked up in the attic, the nails are rusted and there is mold. 2 months of calls and no resolution. Anytime you call them, they are working on it. -Climbed up the roof in spring and noticed that the decking is warped in multiple locations and shingles are curved. The deck/plywood has gaps where you can see through the shingles. -Despite all this, and one of their own guys stating this was terribly wrong, I can't have them come up with a resolution. In 2 months, I've talked to Kresta/Drew/Tim/Jared more than once, with some upto dozen times. In this time, we got multiple calls from them for more business but no one called back for this issue. I cannot comment on their other workmanship, but for roofing they are a complete waste of time/money. For following through when things go bad, this company cant be trusted.
