Frank Di Marco of Pacific Coast Design Group came to my aid to help complete the project in Culver City, CA. The rental property's driveway was asphalt. It had to be removed and new cement driveway installed. It is a very long driveway. The property is higher near the street. They had to design and install a drainage system with sump pumps. Frank and his crew did an excellent job. There were many challenges to overcome. Each challenge was handled in a professional and timely manner. It was necessary to correct errors in the new building that were made by a previous contractor. Pacific Coast Design Group has an excellent staff. They have a plumber, electrician, carpenter on staff. The superintendent is always on the job site. Frank called me every day to report the progress on the project. If Frank was not able to check the site, Graziella, came for the office to the site. The invoices generated were clear and concise.
