Francesca is a multi-year NJ Circle of Excellence award winner, selling an impressive $12 Million of volume in 2019! Born in Catanzaro, Italy, Francesca immigrated to Long Branch, NJ in 1975, and later moved to Wayne in 1988. Being the first woman in her family to go to college, Francesca graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Francesca later received her real estate license in 2007. She is now an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Cartus Certified Relocation Specialist, Green Certified, and is a NJAR award winner, along with several other certifications and awards. Lou is a lifelong resident of Wayne, and graduated from Wayne Valley High School in 1987. He has served on The Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors since 2005, was their Soccer Commissioner from 2007 - 2017, and was honored as the 2019 Man of The Year. Francesca and Lou were married in 1997, and have raised 3 children here in Wayne: Daniella, 20, Louis, 18, and Lucas, 15. In 2017, Team Messercola was officially born!
