Fran did a great job of helping Bob and me with updating our home. We knew that it was time for new upholstered furniture for several rooms, new draperies for the living room, den, dining room, and two bedrooms. We also wanted to update rugs. Fran has impeccable taste, and she is gifted in selecting the right pieces and fabrics for each room, always considering natural light patterns, lighting requirements, and wall and woodwork colors that best suit each room's function. She selected coffee tables, side tables, and media consoles that are both elegant and functional. We are very happy with our "new look" and we look forward to working with Fran as we complete our home update. Thanks to her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to target what works for us, she has created a peaceful and serene environment that flows from room to room. It's a pleasure to live in "new" space without moving to a different house!

She listened to what we were looking for, showed us different styles and helped us narrow it down to the one we purchased. Fran kept us up to date with the progress of our purchase. Fran helped us select and order furnishings for a vacation home, new to us, in Arizona. She helped us view floor models, select fabrics, and finishes and followed up regularly with updated order/shipment information as well as the delivery details, which were especially challenging out of state. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I worked with Fran to design my family room. During my initial meeting with Fran, she asked about my lifestyle, usage, and colors I liked. I had no idea what to expect. When I met with Fran to go over the design plan, I was amazed at how she managed to take into account everything I had asked. We needed more seating for our family of seven. She managed to create more seating in the room while making the room look more spacious. It is a heavy usage area so she picked out durable, easy-to-clean fabrics that were still beautiful. She incorporated the colors I said I liked to create a gorgeous room. From the rug and drapes, to the furniture, she made the patterns work perfectly. Fran kept me up to date on the status of each item and came out to the house several times. She was very responsive and made redesigning my family room a great experience. I can't wait to see what she will put together for the next room I choose to redecorate!

Fran helped with the layout and furniture selection for a very difficult room (long and lots of doorways. We are so happy with the guidance and the fact that we did not feel any pressure to buy everything she recommended. We will use her again for future projects.
