Fresh Perspectives

I am writing this review on the heels of using (2) separate staging companies simultaneously for (2) separate homes within the last 2 1/2 months. I am a real estate investor who does a lot of the legwork to market a property myself. Fresh Perspecives staged one of my investment homes for me at the end of May 2018, and I am giving them 3-stars instead of 1 or 2 for their excellent professionalism, fantastic organization and responsiveness, and the ability to get the job done well. The house they staged closed the third week of July and I was satisfied with the job they did. The reason I am not rating Fresh Perspectives 5 stars is as follows: I found their contract and scheduling tactics to be extremely rigid. I get it that they are probably a high-volume business and deal with a lot of unorganized listing agents or homeowners and therefore have to run a tight ship as a result, but now that I've shopped it around I see the difference. Secondly, in terms of the quality of the staging and beauty of the work, hands down my other property I just staged this week (with Interior Designer Dana Zarb) is far more superior in terms of furnishings, amount of detail, and beauty of the design; I wished I would have found Dana sooner! Today my senior photographer from Showcase that took photos says it's probably the best staging he's ever seen. And the kicker is for the same 60-day period (design, staging, de-staging, and 60 day rental), Fresh Perspecives charged 50% more than what I am paying today to Dana. What I learned when getting more estimates is that most every other stager "includes" in the initial invoice a 60-day rental of the furniture, Fresh Perspectives only 30. As a result, I am walking away from the Fresh Perspectives experience feeling a bit price-gauged when I could have paid a lot less and gotten a far better job. In summary, Fresh Perspectives provides an acceptable service, but there are better alternatives so do your due diligence and shop it around!

We worked with Anthea on our most recent model home at Enderly Pointe at Ladd Park in Franklin. She did a wonderful job on this project...and was so patient as we encountered delays with development and municipalities that were completely uncontrollable. She offered great expertise and a great attitude to the project. Her final design is fresh and clean and was perfect for this home!

I hired Fresh Perspectives to get my home ready for market. They were very professional and help us become educated on what our home needed to look like in the eyes of todays homebuyer. We did all the things that was suggested and our home never made it to market. The buyers offered more than 100% of the asking price, took it as-is and paid all the closing costs and prepaids. We couldn't have been any happier for the results we received from Fresh Perspectives!!! We highly recommend them!!!
