Originally from Long Island, New York, Fort Lauderdale architect Bruce Celenski moved to Florida in 1992. Growing up in a construction family — grandfather, father and two brothers are all contractors — influenced his career decision. “My construction background gives me an edge when designing and building a new structure or renovating an existing one. Because no matter how stunning the design is, if it can’t be built safely and affordably, then it’ll never get off the ground. “Every project we undertake is the result of a collaboration between the client and our team. I am a contractor who builds new homes and major renovations in east Broward area. I have worked with Bruce on multiple houses and found him and his company to be great to work with. Their plans and designs are well thought out and seem to reflect exactly what their clients needs and wants are. Bruce has good relationships with his clients and consultants. This is important for me as the person who needs to build what they design. I am always confident that Bruce's clients and consultants full understand what is being designed. So once these plans are handed to me, they are complete, correct and fully client approved.

I bought a 2Bed, 1Bath house in Victoria Park and was in desperate need of another bathroom and more space. I contacted Bruce and we worked through a few design options and I could not be happier with the results. The master bathroom is AMAZING and the addition totally transformed how the house functions. I highly recommend this architect.

コメント：DimensionsThe openings left and right of the entry on the first floor are actually 6'-0" wide x 8'-0" tall French doors with a 20" tall transom window above the doors.
