We had a great experience with Sammy, Mike, and the Forsyth Remodeling team during our home renovation. Sammy, the owner, was very honest and transparent from the start, which we really appreciated. Mike, the project manager, was thorough, ensured everything went smoothly, and was overall a pleasure to work with. They remodeled our bathroom, installed LVP flooring, created a custom mudroom, and re-painted our entire house. Each aspect of the project was completed with care and quality. The team was professional, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the project was finished on-time and on-budget. Sammy, Mike and their team did such an amazing job renovating our condo. They installed new flooring in most of the unit, painted walls and removed stipple pattern from the ceilings for the whole unit, and completely redid one of the bathrooms. He contacted me within minutes of submitting contractor referrals on Houzz, and was very communicative the entire time. We had an ambitious timeline to start with and were worried we couldn’t find a contractor who could help. His team came in UNDER the estimated timeline, yet the quality of work was beautiful and exactly what we asked for. Even when a small issue happened they addressed it very quickly. They were fast, reliable, communicative, and very reasonably priced. We’re very impressed and so happy with how everything turned out!

Sammy and the rest of the team put in a new deck, new bathroom, and new kitchen a few years ago and it turned out awesome. We recently lost hot water and Sammy had a new water heater installed the next day. Just awesome customer service.

Sammy (contractor), Mike (project manager), and crew did an amazing job renovating our basement. Our kitchen remodel was finished today and we are thrilled! It’s absolutely gorgeous and such a bright, fresh, modern change! Sammy and his crew were fantastic. We hadn’t done a remodel before and we had a lot of questions - they never ran out of patience with me. Sammy responded quickly to my questions and offered reassurance and guidance when needed. All aspects of the work flowed seamlessly and in a timely manner.

Absolutely the best remodeling experience! Sam did 3 baths for us and was absolutely outstanding to work with! I asked for advice and his input was incredibly helpful in making decisions. His team is amazing everyone of them were professional and did their part with great care and attention to detail! I can’t say enough about how great each bath turned out!

My wife and I were doing our first major home improvement project and the thought of picking a contractor was fairly nerve racking. Sammy and his team made the whole process wonderful. We were replacing a deck, remodeling a bathroom, remodeling a kitchen, and replacing front porch steps. Everything came out better than we could have hoped for. Sammy has great attention to detail. Everytime we had a nit picky question, he was 10 steps ahead of us. I eventually decided to stop asking and just let him and his team do their thing. Finished product turned out better than we could have hoped for. Only issue I had was they made the whole process too easy and my wife already has a list of things she wants Sammy to do when we're ready for our next project. :) I highly, highly, highly (have I said highly yet?) recommend Sammy and his team with Forsyth Contruction if you are planning on doing a home remodeling project. These are before and after pictures. I have plenty of after pictures, but the before pictures are screen shots from the internet. Iif we were proud enough of the before product, I'd have plenty of personal pictures of those and wouldn't have had to find them on the internet :)

I had the pleasure of working with Sam and I must say, if all contractors were like him, this world would be a better place. He not only stayed professional but was very personable to work with. He worked with me from start to finish and never lost his cool or composure, truly outstanding and professional. Not only was he able to finish the task given to him but he also fixed the wrong my previous contractor did without batting an eye. I can say without a doubt that I'll be recommending him to whoever that needs contracting services!
