Jose and his crew did some great work on a concrete pad for my sauna and hot tub in Austin. He was on time and highly communicative. They did the job with very little lead time when I was in a crunch, and also did extras that I was unaware I needed included with the quote. They were also very adaptive when they came the house and we needed brush cleared and had to change the orientation of the pad due to some electrical issues. I would highly recommend them. I had zero issues, and it was a really good price compared to many others.

After I paid the initial $300 for him to buy the materials he blocked my calls and messages and never heard back again from him after multiple attempts from my side to get in contact. A total scam, don’t work with this company. I called my bank and explained the situation and got my $300 back, but lost prob 3 months to get ( a simple) job done. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend Flores Concrete for your concrete project. From the scheduling and estimate, Jose Flores communicated answers to all my questions and concerns. His pricing was reasonable and fair for this concrete patio extension. Jose and his team arrived early, organized all their tools, prepared the ground site by: removing sod, framing, and rebar. Taking into consideration the humidity and potential for rain showers, Jose took the decision not to add water to the concrete mix when pouring into the frame, in order to setup sooner. This was a great idea because upon completion we were able to cover with plastic as it rained off and on later that day. Jose and his team were very careful to match the extension to our existing patio for size, surface texture, and grade. They removed the frame and replaced the sod before leaving. The team cleaned up the entire work area leaving it just like they found it. We will definitely contact Jose Flores in the future for our additional projects. Great job guys!
