O.M.G. Rob and the whole crew are just awesome. He came to my home one night after he closed the store and gave us a full estimate on the spot. We had LED lights put in the kitchen, rubber tree hardwood floors thru out, new carpet in 2 bedrooms and put in a brand new shower in master bedroom and beautiful backsplash in kitchen with beautiful quartz counter tops and awesome tiny LED lights under cabinets. All the crews were on time and started working right away. They are very caring in the dust flying and cleaned up every day when they were done. They even moved the stove a few times and put in a new dishwasher that my wife and I bought and didn't charge us for installation. I would totally recommend Floor To Ceiling. Will probably go back for them to do the other bathroom down the road. We went down to the showroom and picked everything out that they had. We were new to Elk Grove and our home badly needed new countertops. On a whim, we went into this store to look into our options but we didn't have a huge budget to work with. Robert who actually owns the store helped me and my fiancé out tremendously. He gave us a very fair and accurate estimate with the labor which involved them removing our old tile countertops off the counters, walls, and island for an extremely fair price. We selected what we wanted them to do and what days to come. He even gave us tips to help us find affordable butcher block for ourselves to install later and how to install our own backsplash to save us money. His guys came into our dirty home which was still being renovated and were polite and professional. They worked quickly and my project was done in the time quoted to us. The guys even made sure to not damage anything and were very cautious with their tools and clean up. I cannot wait to work with these guys again because my once eyesore kitchen is now beautiful because of their help. I have gorgeous Quartz countertops, a large granite sink, and a brushed nickel faucet. They even checked in with us periodically and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome before they gave us our bill which was exactly as promised before they started the job. It was a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to work with them again for my master bathroom later on.

Start to finish, Floor to Ceiling was great. Robert the owner was very informative and made it easy for us to choose them to do our quartz counters and sink. They worked fast, and it looks amazing! My fiancé and I would definitely choose them again for any countertop or tiling needs. When we first saw the counters, I laid my face down on them and took a selfie. That's how excited we were with the finished product and quality of installation.

We hired Floor to Ceiling to do a complete make-over of our kitchen (literally floor to ceiling) and to replace the flooring throughout the main floor of our house. Everyone at Floor to Ceiling was helpful and easy to work with throughout the design and construction phases. The work performed was excellent, all the subcontractors were professional and masters of their trade. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and will most certainly return to Floor to Ceiling when we're ready to update our master bath and replace flooring upstairs. One year later, and we brought Floor to Ceiling back to update our master bath and replace flooring upstairs. We had the same great experience this time - everyone was easy to work with, subcontractors all very professional. There was a lot of tile work in this project, and the tile workers were very meticulous. The finished project is beautiful.

As a professional interior designer for over 30 years, this is the company that I used to remodel my OWN house. I wouldn't trust anyone other that Floor To Ceiling in Elk Grove. 4 years ago, I decided it was time to remodel my house. I had all of the flooring and countertops replaced. Rob, Debbie and everyone else in the showroom are so helpful. They came up with ideas that I hadn't even thought of including the great circular glass tile backsplash in my kitchen. And the installers were wonderful. Temperatures were over 100 degrees the week the work was done. The skies were black due to California fires burning throughout the state. You couldn't even see across the street. But these hardworking people never complained. They got the work done on time, were polite, clean, and very professional. It looks great! I have, and will continue to recommend Floor To Ceiling in Elk Grove to anyone who is considering remodeling. You won't be sorry that you chose the best.
