We did extensive searching for the right flooring company....and to our delight, we found Flooring Creations!!! In comparison to other flooring companies, they had a broad sampling of quality LVP flooring at a competitive price (the small measure fee was refunded upon purchase). Gus Jr. was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient & kind throughout the process. The installers they recommended were amazing: pleasant, focused attention to detail, and took steps to ensure areas of the home were protected prior to starting work, and were well-cleaned at the end of the day! And, of course, the final result was beautiful! We are so pleased with the entire process that we will be going back to purchase carpet for our master bedroom. Thank you, Flooring Creations!

Our house flooded in April and we had to replace the floors for the entire house. We were given a few recommendations from our insurance company for other flooring places but the estimates seemed a little high so I did a little research on my own. We moved into our 8 year old home with the original carpets, so adding wood floors was our #1 priority. After a year of saving, we began shopping at local flooring stores, and the incredible customer service we received at Flooring Creations led us to use them. We are so happy we found Gus and his team. They are all so kind, honest, and SO easy to work with. Gus and his team were so reliable throughout the process. He was so helpful in working with our budget, while helping us pick out the exact look we were going for. We went in on a friday, he came out and measured that following monday, handled all of our HOA stuff without any hassle, and one week later his team quickly and cleanly installed our wood floors. There we absolutely no issues with installation. it took a total of 4 days for about 1000 sq ft. The guys left the house perfectly clean and gorgeous! I can't thank them enough for their attention to detail, especially with the odd cuts in our baseboards. Everything looks beautiful. I definitely recommend flooring creations to anyone in the San Diego region looking for floor installations. They are honest, professional, and most importantly very reliable.

Flooring Creations is by far the best tile and flooring company I have ever used. I stopped by Flooring Creations store off Morena Blvd one weekend and found this laminate wood flooring that was exactly what I was picturing in my house. Andrea was very helpful. She must have spent at least an hour with us helping us pick out all the tile for the bathrooms to match the laminate flooring. I got a quote for bathroom tile and laminate floors (including install) that same day. Gus, the owner, also came out (on a weekend!) to take a look at the bathrooms to finalize the numbers. He was on time and very professional. I had a couple no shows from other tile company. After shopping around, Floor Creations not only had the best price but their quote was detailed and there was no question what was included. I would definitely rate the service 100 stars if I could! I probably had them revise the quote at least 5 times and came into the store another 3-4 times before I was ready to buy. They were so patient and always helped me as if I was a new customer. After all the time I spent of their time, they still helped me finalize the whole design. The tile work was perfect. There was no other way to describe it. Everything was flawless, the cuts looked like a machine did them. The grout lines were so straight that I couldn't believe my eyes. Now, I show off my bathroom to everyone! I should note that I was on a tight schedule and had to pass inspections too. Everything was done right and passed city inspector the first try and they even finished two days earlier than estimated. I would definitely use them again! 5 stars.

This is the third time I've worked with Gus to install flooring in our home. He is easy to talk with, quick to reply, respectful and wise with his suggestions, and honest. He will make sure the job is done well and that you are satisfied. Great guy and solid business!
