As a repeat Flooring Factory client, I am very pleased with my recent bathroom upgrade. Their new showroom at the Goose Creek location is very nice with lots of floor and tile options to choose from. The front line employee Nicholas was both knowledgeable and friendly and helped make my selections easy. That coupled with the unmatched design expertise of Wander especially where it pertains to style, color as well as pricing were very beneficial during the process. The demolition of the old bathtub & shower went smoothly and the workmanship of the tile technicians was excellent. A few hiccups occurred but fortunately Flooring Factory has quality subcontractors who corrected any problems encountered plus I was also able to have the bathroom painted. Additionally, the Project Manager helped coordinate the timely delivery of my new tub which was greatly appreciated. There was a slight problem with communication from time to time & housekeeping was not always on point but overall, I could not be happier with the end result and look forward to enjoying my beautiful new tub/shower in the future. The thing that blew me away the most was their honesty during a minor mishap, which is bound to happen with construction. Wander and his team immediately notified and owned the issue and swiftly scheduled time to rectify. The floors look amazing. I found out about the flooring factory through a residential group on Facebook. We had just bought a house, the carpet needed to be replaced before moving in. I had carpet installed on 2/12, 2 weeks after I got the quote. I worked with Wander who was phenomenal!! The original quote we were given was too high but he was able to get us within our budget with a carpet that looked just as good. He was always professional and very respectful! To add - the original contractors who were scheduled to install our carpet were out sick, we thought it would delay us moving in but flooring factory was able to accommodate us by finding another qualified contractor who did a great job, came out on a early Saturday morning! This is the second time in 8 years that I have used Flooring Factory to install prefinished hardwood flooring and both times the work quality was excellent.

Excellent Job they did on my kitchen and bathroom remodel! from designing to choosing finishes everything was impeccable. I would definitely recommend them for anyone, the attention and dedication to our family home was amazing.
