Fishers Carpet One Floor & Home is a third-generation family-owned flooring store, dedicated to serving Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County and the Wilmington area since 1921. We are a full-service flooring retailer offering carpet, hardwood, laminates, ceramic tile, vinyl, area rugs, and sand staining and unrethaning. If ever unsatisfied, we offer the Beautiful Guarantee: “Carpet One Floor & Home® promises you’ll love the way your new floor looks or we’ll replace it – FREE”. Please feel free to visit our showroom at 1572 Wilmington Pike, West Chester, PA every day from 9:30 -5:30. I recently had a water pipe burst in my 1st floor powder room and ruined half my main floor hardwood floor. The Insurance adjuster required that Lee Fisher review a local flooring company's estimate to repair the damage. Although Mr. Fisher knew of and spoke very highly of this contractor, he never once made any effort over a three week period to review, visit my home, as required by the insurer, or contacted me. I finally contacted my insurer, explained how useless Mr. Fisher was, and am receiving a check from them in the full amount of the claim. I strongly suggested to my insurer to stop using Mr. Fisher in this capacity. I've never bought any carpet from him, but I guess with Fisher Carpet, money comes first.

Had family room carpet replaced by Fisher. Completely impressed by Lee who measured and priced job and the installers (Chris and John) who were complete gentlemen who took extra care inside my home on a rainy day. Will definitely return to Fisher`s for any future project. My wife and I and very satisfied with the finished product

Used them for an office remodel. Bill was so professional and easy to work with. Their staff holds a high work ethic and sticks to their word. Bill brought samples of exactly what I was looking for. He made it so easy to decide and be done... then he came back to me when a sale was announced to save me more money. I was so surprised that he did that. Fisher's goes the extra mile to ensure customers are treated well. Every staff person was professional and the job was done beautifully!

We worked with Carpet One for new wall to wall carpet for our 2nd floor bedroom, hallway and staircase. The product was well priced, the sales staff helpful and kind and the installation was well done. We will return to this business and recommend them to friends. Overall very happy with all aspects of the work.
