I have used First Call Construction four times at my house and have always had an excellent experience each time. They responded quickly and walked us through the entire restoration process. The repairs look great and we are so thankful that we found such a good company to work with.

Firstcall finished the lower-level area of my townhome complete with Den, Media Room, bathroom and storage closets. They did a great job!

As a design firm, we have worked with numerous contractors, First Call's level of professionalism is at the highest level. We have worked with them, both commercially and residentially and are presently working on projects with them. Their project managers show respect for the clients and a willingness to do what it takes. They work with good subcontractors and come to job prepared. They, like us, treat everybody as equals. If they have questions, they contact us for clarification before, not after the work is done. Their budgets are detailed and when projects need to be value engineered, it is easy to determine from their bids/estimates a plan to proceed. We look forward to working with them in the years to come.

Structural consultation - check for damage of settling in sun room and possible carpenter ant damage , plumbing - washing machine valve leak causing water damage to walls and basement ceiling , electrical - fan in shower was old with no safety and blew out, water damage - from water leakage and did mold clean-up also , shower maintenance - caulking, deck - cleaning and staining. There is nothing that FirstCall can't do and they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, best customer service and do excellent work!
