Fireplaces By Ignite

We hired Ignite 2.5yrs ago for a fireplace install in a home remodel and the fireplace just went out on us. We called and Ignite noted they'd charge us $200 just to have a tech come out and look at it, so we called another firm and they sent out a tech for free. The tech said he's installed our same fireplace numerous times and that ours had clearly not been installed properly. Since day 1 it made a clicking sound upon starting and the fire was always very low. We contacted Ignite with this info and they essentially ignored the issue, just stating over and over that our fireplace was now out of the 2yr warranty window. Called our contractor to see what he thought of the mess, and he noted that he stopped using Ignite shortly after our project due to a completely separate issue.
