Review of Carolina Supply Inc.- November 15, 2015 In March of this year, we had two 45 year old bathrooms completely renovated. We purchased the tub, all plumbing fixtures and accessories, and non-plumbing accessories (door knobs, toilet tissue holders) from Carolina Supply Inc, Burlington, NC. We could not have had a better experience than working with Chris Moize of Carolina Supply. She was very knowledgeable and calmly took the time to help us choose from among the many options of faucets, showerheads, etc. She contributed great advice and was able to quickly troubleshoot a problem that arose from a supplier's mistake in labeling a carton (see below). Carolina Supply had our items in stock and they were delivered on time. Chris communicated with us regularly and offered very competitive pricing that matched or bettered what we found online for the big box stores and discount houses. It was definitely worth the ride to Burlington to view and discuss design options and to purchase everything we needed from one location. What motivated us to drive those 45-60 minutes from home to their store was that they had in stock the Kohler jacuzzi tub that online reviews had suggested was a good choice for quality and price. We were not only able to see it in their nicely arranged store display but also to get in to imagine how we would use it and feel about its design and comfort level. Home Depot and Lowes did not stock the item, so we would have been making a blind choice, and the retail assistants there were familiar only with specs they could access online. By comparison, Chris was able to advise us about the intricacies of the plumbing accessories required and how to think about whether to get a left or right end drain. That's where she played an almost heroic role. When the renovations began at our house, the crew had demolished and removed the old cast iron tub and roughed in the plumbing only to discover that Kohler had mislabeled the box as to which end was to have the drain. It was the opposite of what we needed. I immediately called Chris, who opened another box in their supply room on site to verify it was the tub we needed and sent a driver quickly on the way to deliver it. The installers lost about an hour due to Kohler's error but it would have been much worse if Carolina Supply had not had the tubs in stock and had they not responded to my urgent request. Now that the dust has (literally) settled, we can say that the sinks and showers look and work great and the tub is in great demand by our family. We are in total agreement with the reviewer who had indicated online: "I wish I had done this years ago". The design advice and assistance that we received were instrumental in facilitating our decisions and expediting the outcome. Thank you Chris Moize and Carolina Supply.

Awesome source for plumbing supplies, hardware, décor and support with projects large and small. The staff at Carolina Supply is exceptional!! Attention to detail, research and follow up are always present and working with everyone there is always a pleasure. It is my 'go to' source for all of my plumbing needs!

My husband and I needed to redo our master bathroom and having purchased a kitchen sink from Carolina Supply, Inc. in the past, we went to them for advise. Talking to Cece Arenas was a great pleasure. She was knowledgeable of their products, listened to our description of what we wanted, and was instantly able to give us examples of what we could do to complete the DREADED project. If I shared an idea with Cece, she gave me her honest opinion very nicely and professionally. We bought all of our fixtures, as well as a Rinnai water heater from Cece, and had lots of fun doing it. Everyone was wonderfully nice and friendly, our purchased items came to us in a timely manner and we could not be happier with Carolina Supply, Inc. and our results. We would return to them for any needed items, and would recommend them without question.

These ladies helped me so much. My husband was redoing our master bath and the ladies at Carolina supply spent hours helping me with choices to make. They helped me with choosing claw foot bath tub, shower fixtures and faucets, vanities, light fixtures including chandelier and mirrors.
