Glen and his team at Final Touch were amazing, I closed on my house and had a very short window to update the kitchens and baths before I had to move in, they came through with flying colors. I look forward to working with them again as I add an addition on to my house. Beautiful work, great crews and happiness throughout.

We used Final Touch for a complete remodel of our historic 1906 home. They were responsive, easy to work with, and had many great ideas and suggestions. Would use them again for sure!

We felt very fourtunate to have found Final Touch to help with our pop top. Glen and his team walked us through the process and at every decision talked us through the pros and cons. Glen's experience with design helped us envision how things would look and why we would want to do things a certain way. The construction team does very quality work and made our house look great. Communication is very important to us and we felt Glen and his team communicated well, were quick to respond when we had questions, and were always willing to talk us through decisions when we couldn't make up our minds. They took a big project - by our standards - and made it feel manageable. We were very happy with how the remodel turned out and have recommended FTC to several of our friends and neighbors looking for a contractor.

We contracted with Final Touch Construction to do a significant, but partial remodel of our kitchen, refinish our main level hardwood floors, remodel our main bathroom, and to install a barn door leading into the main bathroom. When trying to decide how to best update the kitchen without redoing all of it, Glen brought up the idea that we tear out the existing island that though a decent size, barely had room for a stool or two and very little storage and replace it with a larger rectangular shaped island. The island now comfortably seats three, has cabinets on the backside, and a bookshelf on one end. We kept our other existing cabinetry, but did replace the countertops and backsplash. It gave our kitchen the feel of a complete remodel. We wanted the barn since our bathroom had just an open doorway. FTC had to build out the wall a bit in order to use a standard size door...otherwise we would have had to order a custom door for at least double the cost. The main bath was a complete remodel. We are in a townhome, thus limited on space, but Glen and Sandy were able to help us design a slightly different layout that would maximize our space, give us more storage and provide a much needed update. Photos to come. We also had FTC refinish the hardwood floors on our main level, retile 2 fireplaces, and replace all can lighting in the entire home. We also have to mention how much we like working with Levi, their foreman. He is kind and respectful and very knowledgeable also. They were all easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We would not hesitate and have already recommended them to several friends.

Great company to work with. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Glen (owner) is a gem of a person who has great vision, able to think outside the box, super creative and very professional in his manner and interactions. He came up with ideas and designs that other contractors (and us) were unable to think of and did not hold back with sharing them with us. (most others would charge just for the designs). The project took longer than what we had hoped for and cost more in the end but a lot of this was mission creep and some unforseen difficulties. His crew is outstanding. Very diligent, meticulous, and professional to interact with. Was able to trust them to the fullest and they paid attention to minute details (eg cleaning up after the day is done so the kids don't get hurt). The team worked with us, accomodating our ideas to help us get to our dream home.

We had an amazing experience with Final Touch Construction. We did a large kitchen and living area remodel and the results surpassed all out expectations. Glen is creative, knowledgeable, aand above all trustworthy. We felt very comfortable with him and his crew in our home. The kitchen remodel is amazing. Glen came up with ideas that I would have never considered and made the project perfect. The worksmanship was top notch. I would (and will) definitely use them gain.

A leaky builders grade shower presented an opportunity to redo the entire master bathroom and closet! After 10 years of thinking about how to re-do this area to make it more efficient, functional and beautiful, hours spent on Houzz and watching make-over tv shows, it was finally time! I found Glen and the FTC team at the Denver Home Show in early February and after vetting a total of 8 companies, chose FTC to begin the transformation. I called references, spoke to happy customers, liked that FTC was local, interested in my specific ideas and requirements and ready to pull permits to do this project right. Renovations always take longer than what you hope for, but the results are so worth it! I smile each and every time I step on to the warm tile floor in the bathroom or walk into my new walk-in closet! The new free standing tub is easy to get in and out of compared to the old soaker tub and my new thermostatic shower is amazing! My absolute requirement was the 'wet' side of the bathroom be totally waterproofed so there would never ever be another leak and Glen and his team provided that. If you want a contractor that cares, FTC is your company!

After 15 years of dreaming and speaking with seven contractors over several months, we decided to use Final Touch Construction for a significant remodel of the main floor of our home and have not regretted the decision. My original dream was beyond our budget, but Glen encouraged us to consider options that would incorporate the aspects that were most important. After lengthy conversations, he offered three designs that addressed our budget limitations, included nearly everything that was part of the original vision and, once we made a selection, he was willing to integrate sensible suggestions from us. During construction, we were going to live in the basement with two large dogs so staying on a timeline was a very important measure. Glen estimated 4-5 months and we were moving back upstairs in 4 ½ months! Their crews were considerate and efficient, and diligently cleaned up each day, which given the fact that more than half of the main floor was gutted and reconfigured was amazing. I would recommend Final Touch for your remodel projects without hesitation.
