Our recent renovation was our first experience hiring a contractor. We knew, based on reputation alone, that the Ferguson Fine Homes team would be our choice, but we weren’t really sure what we were getting into. The experience could not have been better. Chad, Vanessa and the entire team were professional and communicative throughout the whole job, offering their expert opinions, suggestions and guidance, while keeping our budget and timeline on track. We are thrilled with the results and already have our next job in mind!

Our project was a near total renovation (including the kitchen, 4 bathrooms, reconfiguration of rooms, new stairs plus flooring, electrics, plumbing) and took almost 6 months. Ferguson's provided not only excellent skilled labour for all aspects from demolition to reconstruction and tiling and painting, but were most helpful with advice and suggestions for achieving the best result. They were also qualified to create some custom built-ins to meet the exact needs of the space. Despite the house being a construction zone for many months, at the end of each day it was left as neat and clean as possible and everyone was as considerate of our privacy as possible under the circumstances, which makes a big difference when you are living in total chaos. The communication flow was very good so we always knew the state of play. Considering the scope, the project was completed in a timely manner. And even after completion, Ferguson's have been very responsive to dealing with a few minor matters promptly.

Top-notch company who did an amazing interior and exterior renovation of our two storey home. We needed a long overdue update and repairs to our 25 year old house that would last us another 25 years and they delivered. The team provided great customer service with attention to detail and were always available to discuss options to make the space work for us and our needs. Use excellent, local sub-contractors who also do high-quallity work. We'd recommend Ferguson's without reservation.

We had a fabulous experience with Ferguson Fine Homes from beginning to end. We had our entire upstair bathroom renovated, 7 new doors installed and painted, and the downstairs bathroom had the trim and floor tiles renovated and painted. We had Ferguson Fine Homes design and build a custom floor to ceiling fireplace mantel in are living room last year. We met with Bill to explain what we where looking for and to get some ideas from him. He assured use he would give us what we where looking for and keep it in are budget. We where so happy with the job we had them come back and do a matching one for the dinning room.

We really enjoyed working the the Ferguson team! Everything was done very professionally, Chad was great to work with as a contractor. Anytime we had a question or issue, we either got a call back right away, Chad was on the phone or at our house to deal with it immediately. The team working on the house were always so friendly, and so kind to my kids as we had to live through half of the renovations as it was a huge project. They worked around us, and accommodated us with total respect. I would use and recommend Ferguson Fine Homes over and over again!

Bill and Chad took over the complete renovation of my century home in Caledon back in 2000. I was delighted with the quality and the finish and they have continued to do work for me on the property for the last 15 years.

Bill Ferguson managed and built out our 100 acre estate property in an amazing 2 year time frame. It was massive project with a large number of moving parts. It was as stress free, as a project of this size could possibly be to a property owner. Quality of craftsmanship is of the highest standard and problems were solved without compromise. Our architect commented on more than one occasion how he enjoyed working with Bill, unlike many builders that he has had to deal with. Top marks as Bill Ferguson turns your dreams into reality and has great follow up on issues that arise even after he has left the job site. I don’t think I could write this review for any other builder/contractor I have dealt with in the past 30 years.

I hired Ferguson to renovate two rooms in my home, one for a yoga studio and the other, a laundry room. They were very professional throughout the project, walking me through all the details, helping me understand the process and making sure the job was completed exactly how I wanted it. The work and materials were all of high quality and the job was completed on time and on budget. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
